    For attribute reduction in decision table, after analyzing the algorithm which calculates the reduction with the principle of minimal correlation and maximal dependency,an improved algorithm with the principle of minimal correlation and maximal dependency is found out. An example is used to check the feasibility of this algorithm.

    The electrode geometry has an important influence on the characteristics of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD). Investigation on electrode geometry of DBD and its plasma parameters is of great significance to optimize the operating parameters of DBD and improve its efficiency. The discharge characteristics of bielectrode DBD and triple electrode DBD excited by AC power are experimentally studied. The differences of their discharge images, voltage and optical signal waveforms are compared, and the variation of discharge parameters under different voltage amplitudes and optical emission spectrum in the range from 300 nm to 800 nm is studied. Results indicate that bielectrode DBD and triple electrode DBD have asymmetric discharge in the positive and negative half cycles due to the asymmetry of discharge device. The emission spectrum mainly contains the second positive band of N2(C-B)(peaked at a wavelength of 337.1 nm), the first positive band of N2(B-A), and the first negative band of N+ 2(A-X)(with wavelengths of 391.4 nm), and the oxygen atomic line at 777.4 nm. Nevertheless, the relative intensities are different.     Electrostatic separation of silver and silicon in waste crystalline silicon solar cells

    In order to improve the recoveries of valuable materials such as silver and silicon in waste crystalline silicon solar panels, the experimental parameters which influence the separation efficiency of electrostatic separation were explored. First, the range of factors was determined through a single factor experiment. Then orthogonal experiments were performed to determine the optimal parameters for silver and silicon separation. The optimum parameters configuration of the silver and silicon separation were obtained by using the needle—roller electrostatic separation machine. The results show that the separation efficiency of silver is 94.37% under the optimal parameters configuration, and the efficiency of silicon separation is 78.58%. The optimum parameters for the experiment are configured for the corona electrode angle of 80 °, the electrode spacing of 80 mm, the voltage of 27.5 kV, and the rotating speed of 90 r/min. This study provides the basis for setting the experimental parameters of the electrostatic separation of silver and silicon in waste crystalline silicon solar panels.

    Based on boron-dipyrromethene conjugated polymer PBF, which can generate fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)with long-wavelength region(>600 nm)fluorescent dyes, a new homogeneous detection method for miRNA has been developed by combining with primer extension reaction. Firstly, the fluorescent dye Cy5 is introduced into the target miRNA by primer extension reaction to form miRNA-Cy5. Then, PBF and miRNA-Cy5/DNA hybrids are combined by electrostatic force and take place effective FRET from PBF to Cy5. The homogeneous detection of miRNA in long-wavelength based on cationic conjugated polymer(CCP)is realized, which has high sensitivity and specificity. The linear range for miR-221 is 15-6 000 pmol/L, and the detection limit(3σ)is 8.4 pmol/L. The method expands the applications of CCP and provides a new homogeneous detection platform for CCP-based biosensing and biochemical analysis.

    A dinuclear ruthenium complex has been synthesized and characterized. The calf thymus DNA(ct-DNA)binding properties of the complex are investigated by means of DNA viscosity and optical spectroscopic techniques of UV-visible absorption and emission spectral titrations, DNA thermal denaturation and reverse, salt effect and agarose gel electrophoresis. The results suggest that the complex binds to DNA through partial-intercalation mode with a large DNA binding constant of 106 L/mol order of magnitude. The complex is also demonstrated to be an efficient cleaver of pBR 322 DNA under irradiation at 360 nm.

    Wood was treated by guanyl urea phosphate(GUP)firstly and sodium silicate(Na2SiO3)secondly to impart flame retardance. The flame retarding properties of the treated samples were investigated by cone calorimeter and the thermal behaviors of these samples were studied by differential thermogravimetry(DTG)and thermogravimetry(TG)in air. It was found that the combustion parameters including peak of heat release rate(HRRpeak), total heat release(THR), smoke production rate(SPR), total smoke product(TSP)and the yield of CO2(YCO2)were decreased considerably by the treatment of GUP and Na2SiO3 when compared with those of the untreated samples. Furthermore, wood treated by both GUP and Na2SiO3 had better flame retarding properties than that by only GUP possibly because GUP could accelerate dehydration and carbonation, and simultaneously Na2SiO3 could relatively increase the activation energy of cellulose, which resulted in the enhancement of wood thermal stabilization.

    A novel method of ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction(UA-DLLME)was established for the detection of trace phthalates in cosmetic and cosmetic stimulants by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Pre-processing conditions were optimized. A systematic research was conducted to investigate the influence of the migration conditions(simulation, temperature and time)on the migration of 16 kinds of phthalates in cosmetics plastic packaging materials. It was proved that cosmetic properties had a significant effect on the migration. Under the optimal conditions, the proposed method provided higher enrichment factor(88~106), a good linearity(R2= 0.998 3~0.999 8)and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were in the range of 4.48% ~ 14.56%. The limit of detection were within the scope of 0.09~11.66 μg/L. The satisfactory average recovery for 16 kinds of phthalates at three spiked levels ranged from 70.66% to 99.65%.     In order to explore species diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi from Broussonetia papyrifera in Fengfeng mining area of Hebei Province and their ecological adaptability to polluted environment, soil samples from 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers around Broussonetia papyrifera roots were collected from Yijing Town, Jiecheng Town and Fengfeng Town in Fengfeng Mining Area in October 2016. The AM fungis germplasm resources, ecological distribution and correlation with soil factors were systematically studied. A total of 8 generas and 43 species of AM fungis were identified, Acaulospora and Glomus were of broad-spectrum ecotypes, G.reticulatum, Entrophospora infrequens, G.multiforum were of broad-spectrum ecotypes. Shannon-Weiner index, evenness and species richness of AM fungi in Yijing Town were the highest, while those in Jiecheng Town were the lowest. The content of heavy metal cadmium and zinc exceeded the standard in Fengfeng mining area. Some spores of AM fungi from Broussonetia papyrifera in some areas of Fengfeng mining area have the characteristics of dark color, dense surface reticulation spacing and other ecological adaptability, which is conducive to the distribution and activity of AM fungi in contaminated soil.

    In order to detect the distribution characteristics of peanut agglutinin(PNA)receptors in spermatogenic germ cells of Eriocheir sinensis, lectin-blotting and lectin-histochemistry were used in this study. The results showed that the molecular weight of PNA receptors was 72 ku. Based on the binding sites of the biotin-labeled PNA, positively stained cells could be observed and recognized as surface receptors present in all types of spermatogenic cells. But, there were different degrees of PNA-postive singals emerged on these cells’ membrane. On spermatogonial cell surface, positive staining was strong, in dark brown. Positive signals were similar and weakened on spermatocytes and spermatids. The distribution characteristics of PNA receptors on spermatogenic cells may be related to the development of germ cells as well as the information transmission between germ cells or between germ cells and somatic cells. There were also positive signals on sperm surface and in its acrosome. These PNA receptors may be closely related to the fertilization, such as sperm-oocyte recognition and binding.

    The study of population density, temperature and photoperiod in laboratory conditions induced the development of Ceriodaphnia quadrangula to produce sexual reproduction.It is found that under the suitable conditions, the C. quadrangula are mainly propagated by parthenogenesis, and the population density increases rapidly. Experiments have found that at higher population densities(≥3/mL), the yield of dormant eggs, which are the product of sexual reproduction, increases with population density.When the population density of C. quadrangula is 3/mL, the maximum proportion of individuals in sexual reproduction is 15%. When the population density is 6/mL, the maximum proportion of individuals in sexual reproduction is 19%. When the population density of the daphnia reached 9/mL, the proportion rises to 24%, indicating that high population density is the main factor driving the transformation of parthenogenesis to sexual reproduction. Key Laboratory of Zoological Systematics and Application, Hebei University, Baoding 071002, China )Abstract:The study of population density, temperature and photoperiod in laboratory conditions induced the development of Ceriodaphnia quadrangula to produce sexual reproduction.It is found that under the suitable conditions, the C. quadrangula are mainly propagated by parthenogenesis, and the population density increases rapidly. Experiments have found that at higher population densities(≥3/mL), the yield of dormant eggs, which are the product of sexual reproduction, increases with population density.When the population density of C. quadrangula is 3/mL, the maximum proportion of individuals in sexual reproduction is 15%. When the population density is 6/mL, the maximum proportion of individuals in sexual reproduction is 19%. When the population density of the daphnia reached 9/mL, the proportion rises to 24%, indicating that high population density is the main factor driving the transformation of parthenogenesis to sexual reproduction.     In order to reveal the biocontrol and promotion mechanism of Bacillus velezensis 3A3-15, PCR with 9 pairs of specific primers were used to detect genes related to inhibitory and growth promotion, and the ability to secrete indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and siderophore was tested by the methods of Sackowski, Schwyn and Neiland, respectively. At the same time, the inhibitory substances of the fermentation broth were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-MS). Finally, the inhibitory mechanism of the strain was analyzed by plate dual-culture antagonistic test and spore germination inhibition test. Results showed that the inhibitory genes in B. velezensis 3A3-15 include yndJ, srfAB, ituC, bamC and fenD, the growth-promoting genes include ysnE and dhbC. The strain had a strong ability to secrete siderophore with a As/Ar value of 0.238, and its inhibitory substance was C14~C15 SurfactinA. These results indicated that B. velezensis 3A3-15 had preferable biocontrol and growth promoting potential and was a potential strain to control soybean root rot caused by F. oxysporum.

    To the segmentation accuracy and adaption of large lung tumors with complex structures in CT images, a segmentation method based on random walk algorithm is proposed. First, the lung parenchyma was extracted according to the gray level information. If the large tumors adhered to normal tissues surrounding lungs, the lung parenchymas with concave edges are first extracted, and then the lung parenchyma with concave edges is refined by the curve section deformation model according to the prior shape of lung. Then a random walk algorithm is implemented, where the object and background seeds are automatically found by region growing method,and interaction are needed to modify a few background seed points if vasa adhere to tumors. The experiment results show that this method is accurate, which can meet the requirements of clinical treatment and pathological analysis.

    In order to improve power performance and handling stability of distributed drive mini electric vehicles, a drive control strategy was designed with integrated functions of electronic differential control, acceleration slip regulation(ASR)and yaw moment correction. An electronic differential control algorithm was designed based on the improved ackermann vehicle turning model. An ASR controller was designed with fuzzy-PID method and driving wheel slip rate correction algorithm during the vehicle turning. Meanwhile, the yaw moment correction was done with PID method in order to prevent instability with vehicle slide occurring when turning. Finally, a co-simulation model is built based on Simulink and Carsim software, and a simulation test on low adhesion road surface was carried out with torque of driving wheel as control variable. The simulation results show that the integrated drive control algorithm can effectively improve the vehicle’s power performance and handling ability.

    The Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast(ADS-B)and the Secondary Surveillance Radar(SSR)are two important monitoring methods for air traffic control. ADS-B is the communication protocol currently being introduced, which will play an important role in the next generation of air traffic surveillance. However, the ADS-B protocol lacks security measures and is vulnerable to false data injection attacks. In order to identify the anomaly data in ADS-B, a set of sample data with multi-dimensional attribute features is obtained by using the SSR data synchronized with it and the covariance matrix obtained by Kalman filtering, using the method of support vector data field description(SVDD). By training the sample data, a classifier for detecting anomalies can be obtained. This classifier is used to detect the ADS-B data received later, thereby identifying abnormal data. The simulation experiment shows that the method has a correct recognition rate of more than 80% for ADS-B anomaly data, and the detection false alarm rate for fixed deviation injection is 5%, the false alarm rate is 0, and the false alarm is detected for random deviation injection. The rate is 5% and the missed alarm rate is 12.5%, which verifies the feasibility of the method.
