Abstract: BALB/c female mice were kept in a multifunctional radon chamber for continuous radon inhalation in order to explore the damage and immune cell reaction of lung tissue after radon exposure. Respiratory function was evaluated at 15 d, 30 d and 60 d after exposure. Peripheral blood was collected for detection of blood cells and blood biochemical indexes, and lung tissue was collected for pathological observation and fine-activation of immune cells such as T lymphocytes and their subsets was determined. The results showed that the radon exposed mice showed obvious toxic reactions such as weight loss, leukopenia, electrolyte metabolism disorder and lipid metabolism abnormality. Abnormal respiratory function and lung tissue lesions of different degrees were observed, and the early inflammatory reaction of lung tissue was obvious, mainly manifested in the imbalance and activation of T lymphocyte subsets. This indicates that there are obvious adverse reactions in mice exposed to radon.
