Optimization of the cultivation medium for Lentinus edodes based on persimmon wood chips

Abstract: Taking persimmon wood chips as materials,the formula of cultivation medium was studied according to the mycelial growth rate and biological efficiency.The results showed that the optimal cultivation medium was B.The mass fraction of each component was:persimmon wood chips 60%,sawdust 20%,bran 19%,and quicklime 1%.
