Abstract: Pleurotus eryngii ,Coprinus comatus,Ganoderma and Hericium hydnum were used as the material to investigate the effect of β-oligomeric acid on the mycelia growth of four edible fungi, by adding different concentrations to PDA medium and cultivation medium. The result showed that when the β-oligomeric acid concentration was 1.0 mL/L,in PDA medium, the mycelia grew fast, and showed significant difference from the control;when the β-oligomeric acid concentration was 2.0 mL/kg,in cultivation medium, the mycelia grew fast, and showed significant difference from the control. The concentration of 1.0 mL/L of β-oligomeric acid was the best concentration in PDA medium while 2.0 mL/kg was the best in cultivation medium for the four edible fungi.
