    Fuzzy rule,which expresses the causation of the fuzzy knowledge,is one of the important tools in fuzzy reasoning.When the interaction exists among fuzzy propositions in a fuzzy rule set,the parameter weight is displaced by the fuzzy measure,and an inexact reasoning algorithm based on Choquet integral is proposed.This method is mainly used in the incomplete inductive reasoning.

    Customers are not able to see all the information about the products because of on-line shopping products' flatten characteristic,so on-line shopping comments have become the main channel for customers to obtain information about the products.In their daily lives,because of the evaluator's personal experience,personality and knowledge,they have different levels of evaluation language for all the indexes of on-line shopping activities.To boost the efficient development of e-commerce,based on the diversities of linguistic evaluation set of the indexes of on-line shopping evaluation,the method of the combination of multi-granular linguistic information and on-line shopping evaluation should be adopted to investigate the on-line shopping evaluation and decision-making model in the multi-granularity language environment.Results show that:the application of multi-granularity language for investigating on-line shopping evaluation is very helpful to improve the quality of evaluation and shows a positive effect on boosting the development of e-commerce.

    In this paper,pavement performance index PCI,road surface deflection and pavement rutting are proposed as the design indexes of pavement structure by analyzing the desert region harsh natural environment under heavy load traffic asphalt pavement condition and using finite element analysis.We obtained the durability of the desert region asphalt pavement structure stress distribution.The results showed that different wheel load on road surface and the maximum vertical deformation has an approximate linear relationship.Along with increase of the axial load,the maximum vertical deformation gradually increases.The maximum tensile stress of the road surface is symmetrical distributed with the wheel axis.The shear stress in the pavement structure increases with the increase of depth,and the shear stress recches peak value at 5 cm away from road sorface.The research results can provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the selection and structural design of the asphalt pavement in the desert region.

    As an essential pollution gas,NO gas has drawn attentions for investigating its removal microscopic mechanism,in order to improve the removal efficiency.The fluorescence technique has been applied to analyze the NO removal dynamics with O2 or without O2 using negative pulsed streamer discharge plasma.Results indicate that,without the participation of O2,the direct collision dissociation between energetic electrons and NO molecular have played a major role for NO removal.Such a removal reacting pathway can be presented as NO+e*→NO*+e→N*+O*+e,which produces O and N atoms and then O2 and N2 molecules.With more oxygen,the major removal reaction of NO has been changed to the oxidation reaction to yield NO2 rather than the former reduction reaction.

    In order to improve the efficiency of high-voltage electrostatic separation,the characteristics of discharge current on the roller surface were explored.The experimental device of high-voltage discharge was made.The influence of different location wires on discharge current on roller surface was studied.The results indicated that:under the same conditions,with the decrease of corona wire diameter,the discharge current became bigger.The current on the surface of roller was close to a normal state.When two corona lines were used to discharge,the spatial distribution of the current had larger range and higher intensity.When three corona lines were used to discharge,at one position,the current distribution measured was wider and relatively stable where the angle between two outer corona lines and the distance between the corona line and the surface of the roller were 60° and 45 mm respectively.In this case,the angle between two outboard peaks was about 72°.It is advantageous for the electric charge of the material to be sorted,as the efficiency of sorting is improved.The simulation provides a theoretical foundation for electrostatic separator design.

    By static adsorption experiments,the effects of pH,ionic strength,adsorption time,solid-liquid ratio,temperature,humic acid on the adsorption of U(Ⅵ)onto kaolin were studied.Based on macroscopic adsorption experiments,the adsorption process was analyzed by thermodynamics and kinetics methods,and the kaolin samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that pseudo-second-order kinetic model can be used to describe the adsorption of uranium on kaolin.Through the study of pH and ionic strength,the effect of pH on the adsorption of uranium is greater than the effect of the ionic strength on the adsorption of uranium.The presence of HA reduces the adsorption in a high pH range,while enhances the adsorption at low pH values.The adsorption of U(Ⅵ)onto kaolin could be described by Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation.The adsorption of U(Ⅵ)onto kaolin is an endothermic process,mainly occurs on the surface as a monomolecular layer.

    Gaseous pollutants emitted from coal combustion are very harmful to environment and human health.As a green oxidant,H2O2 has thus received much attention in removing pollutants in coal-fired flue gas in recent years.A review of H2O2 oxidation technology to remove SO2,NO and Hg0 in flue gas both at home and abroad is briefly summarized,including H2O2 oxidation coupling technique,Fenton oxidation and Fenton-like oxidation. The important influencing parameters,removal efficiency and mechanism are discussed.Meanwhile,new techniques such as photocatalysis-Fenton,H2O2 gasification and heterogeneous catalytic oxidation in purifying coal-fired fuel gas are introduced.The results provide reference for achieving greater purification efficiency in the field.

    This study aimed at screening strains of Bacillus sp.capable of degrading cellulose and identifying the species of purpose strains.8 dung samples of giant panda were treated in water bath at high temperature.Congo red decolorizing ring method was used to screen the strains before DNS method to test the highest enzyme activity.The results showed that 8 strains of 126 strains isolated in dung of giant panda had highly efficient cellulose-degrading capability.Through morphological,physiological and biochemical analysis and the sequence analysis of 16S rDNA gene,8 strains were identified.The strains are all Bacillus sp.,including 1 Bacillus subtilis(2N-14),1 B.axarquienis(2N-12),2 B.siamensis(Y-6、Y-10),and 4 B.methylotrophicus(2N-10、2L-9、2L-24、3X-10).The test shows that there were many strains(Bacillus sp.)capable of cellulose degradation in the dung of giant panda.The giant panda-derived B.axarquienis,B.siamensis were isolated and cultivated for the first time,which enriched the research of giant panda intestinal flora and provided new sources of strains for efficient production of cellulose.     Using the residue method,with water as the negative control,we measured the insecticidal acticity of the botanical extracts from 5 Chinese herbs against phorid flies.The results showed that in the selected five concentrations,the insecticidal activity of Stemona japonica and Sophora flavescens is significant,under 50 mg/mL mass concentration,12 h after treatment,the insecticidal activity were 85.00%,81.67%,after 24 h,reached 100.00%.Melia toosendan、Gentiana scabra,Phryma leptostachya,take second place.Through LC50 determination,the results showed that the 24 h LC50 of St.japonica and So.flavescens were 13.790 mg/mL and 18.668 mg/mL.Field control effect test showed that the extract of St.japonica and So.flavescens has good efficacy against phorid flies,the control effect is 73.66% and 71.27% after three days,around 75.00% after 7 days,compared with clear water control.We recommend in production to use 50 mg/mL St.japonica and 75 mg/mL So.flavescens alternatively, at the beginning of the phorid flies season.

    K-NN(K-nearest neighbors)is a famous data mining algorithm with wide range of applications.The idea of K-NN is simple and it is easy to implement. Both computational time and space complexity of K-NN are all O(n),where,n is the number of instances in a training set.When K-NN encountered larger training sets,especially faced with big data sets,the efficiency of K-NN becomes very low,even K-NN is impracticable.Two acceleration approaches for K-nearest neighbors are experimentally compared on 8 data sets.The two acceleration approaches are the CNN and MapReduce based K-NN.Specifically,in Hadoop environment,this paper implements K-NN with MapReduce,and experimentally compares with CNN on 8 data sets. Some valuable conclusions are obtained,and may be useful for researchers in related fields.

    Based on the analysis of current status of offenders recidivism prediction and risk assessment,we proposed an architecture system of identification and prediction of the risk of offenders based on big data.Aiming at different value density and different data types,in the model layer of the system,we described application algorithm of identification and prediction of offenders risk for the statistical model,outlier detection model,integrated classification model of architecture system. In particular,using R software package,we conducted integrated classification identification and prediction experiments,and gives the classification prediction error.The architecture system of identification and prediction of the risk of offenders is based on big data,can realize personalized and accurate early warning for offenders risk,and provide a reliable guarantee for the safety of offenders supervision in the big data era.
    An approach to achieve color image super resolution based on space conversion

    Three channels of color image have a close correlation.Super resolution in the RGB space is easy to break the relevance and cause artifacts.However,there is a little relevance between three channels in the lαβ color space.In this paper,a new approach to achieve color image super resolution is presented,which used the concept of space conversion. Super resolution is performed separately in the lαβ channels.The experimental results demonstrate that the approach is effective and will minimally break the relevance between the color channels.
