硫酸氧化同步荧光法测定猪肉中的螺旋霉素残留

Determination of Spiramycin Residue in Pork by Synchronous Fluorimetry with Sulphuric Acid Oxidation

摘要: 螺旋霉素被浓硫酸氧化后由非荧光物质转化为荧光物质,采用发射波长和激发波长相差25 nm的波长间隔扫描其400~600 nm内的同步荧光光谱,可于494 nm获得最强荧光发射.基于此,建立了一种测定螺旋霉素残留的新方法.在最优条件下,线性动态范围为0.02~4 mg/L;检出限为0.33 μg/kg;样品的加标回收率100.31%~107.78%.该方法已用于猪肉中螺旋霉素残留的测定.

Abstract: Nonfluorescent spiramycin can be oxidized into fluorescent substance with concentrated sulfuric acid. When the synchronous fluorescence spectra are scanned from 400 nm to 600 nm at the emission and excition wavelength difference of 25 nm, the maximum fluorescence intensity can be measured at 494 nm. A new assay is developed to determine spiramycin residue based on the principle. Under the optimum condition, linear dynamic range is 0.02-4 mg/L; detection limit is 0.33 μg/kg; the recoveries of spiked sample is between 100.31% and 107.78%. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of spiramycin residue in pork.
