丹参脂溶性有效成分丹参酮研究进展

Researches on tanshinone of salvia miltiorrhiza’s fat-soluble active ingredient

摘要: 为了获得高纯度、高品质的丹参酮,使其更好的发挥药理活性,在查阅国内外近10年有关丹参酮研究文献的基础上,对其提取纯化、合成制备、药理作用等研究成果进行系统综述.结果显示应用现代技术手段提取纯化得到的丹参酮纯度较高,品质较好且易于操作,条件容易控制,其中非离子表面活性剂辅助提取、超临界CO2萃取、超声提取、超高压辅助提取等是应用前景较广的经济、有效、绿色的提取方法.高效逆流色谱法是效果较好的纯化方.目前丹参酮类物质的生物合成技术也取得了瞩目的成就.此外丹参药理活性的研究主要集中于抗肿瘤,天然抗氧化,抗菌消炎,治疗心脑血管疾病等方面,且取得了很好的临床效果.这些研究将为丹参的全面开发利用提供参考

Abstract: In order to obtain tanshinone of high purity and high quality,and then researched it more systematically,on the basic of reviewing?the related literature?in recent 10?years,the extraction and purification,synthesis and preparation,content determination and pharmacological effects had been researched and summarized. The Result shows that tanshinone had a higher purity and better quality with the application of modern technology,in addition,the extraction method was easy to operate and the conditions was easy to control.Among them,non ionic surfactant assisted extraction,supercritical carbon-dioxide extraction,ultrasonic extraction and ultrahigh pressure assisted extraction were economic,effective,green extraction method and had a widely application prospect.High-speed counter-current chromatography was better purification method.Currently tanshinone’s biosynthesis technology also has made remarkable achievements.Many studies of the strong pharmaceutical activities have focused on anti-tumor,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and achieved good clinical results.These studies provided reference for comprehensive development and utilization of Salvia Miltiorrhiza in the future.
