Abstract: 7-hydroxylcoumarin-aldehyde can be used to detect hypochlorite in PBS(pH=7.4)solution.The results of spectra show that the probe has a fluorescence enhancement property for hypochlorite recognition in PBS(pH=7.4)solution, and the color of the solution changes from light yellow to deep-yellow, and the fluorescence of the solution changes from weak fluorescence to deep-blue fluorescence. The recognition response of the probe to hypochlorite can be rapidly completed within 1s, and the detection limit is found to be as low as 51.75 nmol/L.In addition, the probe can be used for fluorescence imaging of hypochlorite in HepG2 cells.
