Community structure of phytoplankton in summer of the Fuhe River,Baiyangdian Basin and their indication on water quality

Abstract: To explore the phytoplankton community structure and water quality of the Fuhe River, a upstream river of Baiyangdian Lake, quantitative investigations of phytoplankton were carried out in summer of 2020 at 5 sections in the Fuhe River, and water quality was evaluated according to the dominant- DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1000-1565.2023.01.010白洋淀流域府河夏季浮游植物的群落结构及其对水质的指示张仲伟1,陈思宝1,汪家鑫1,熊飞2,喻记新2(1.长江勘测规划设计研究有限责任公司 水利部长江治理与保护重点实验室,湖北 武汉 430010;2.江汉大学 生命科学学院,湖北省汉江流域特色生物资源保护开发与利用工程技术研究中心,湖北 武汉 430056)摘 要:为探究白洋淀入淀河流府河的浮游植物群落结构和水质现状,于2020年夏季对府河5个采样断面的浮游植物进行了定量调查,并基于浮游植物的优势种、密度、生物量和群落多样性指数对府河夏季的水质进行了评价.结果显示:府河夏季共鉴定出浮游植物7门111种属,群落组成以绿藻门、硅藻门为主,其次是蓝藻门,优势种包括微囊藻(Microcystis sp.)、小环藻(Cyclotella sp.)、细小平裂藻(Merismopedia minima)、冠盘藻(Stephanodiscus sp.)和集星藻(Actinastrum hantzschii).各采样断面浮游植物密度和生物量的均值分别为13.51×106 ind/L、5 748.8×10-3 mg/L,各采样断面浮游植物的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H)、Margalef丰富度指数(D)和Pielou均匀度指数(J)的均值分别为2.36、3.25和0.59,显示夏季府河浮游植物的多样性较高.根据浮游植物的优势种、密度和生物量,夏季府河整体水质状况为中-富营养;根据H、D值,夏季府河整体水质状况为β-中污染;根据J值,夏季府河整体水质状况为轻度污染,综合评价结果显示夏季府河水质状况为轻-中度污染水平.关键词:浮游植物;群落结构;水质;生物学评价;府河;白洋淀中图分类号:X826 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1000-1565(2023)01-0067-08Community structure of phytoplankton in summer of the Fuhe River,Baiyangdian Basin and their indication on water qualityZHANG Zhongwei1, CHEN Sibao1, WANG Jiaxin1, XIONG Fei2, YU Jixin2(1.Key Laboratory of Changjiang Regulation and Protection of Ministry of Water Resources,Changjiang Survey Planning Design and Research Co. A total of 111 species, belong to 7 phyla, were identified, and the community was mainly composed of Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta, followed by Cyanophyta. The main dominant species were Microcystis sp., Cyclotella sp., Merismopedia minima, Stephanodiscus sp. and Actinastrum hantzschii. The average density and biomass of phytoplankton were 13.51×106 ind/L and 5 748.8×10-3 mg/L, respectively, and the average Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H), Margalef index richness(D)and Pielou evenness index(J)of phytoplankton community were 2.36, 3.25 and 0.59 respectively, indicating the high diversity of phytoplankton in the Fuhe River in summer. According to the evaluation methods of phytoplankton, the dominant species, density and biomass based water quality indicated the Fuhe River was mesotrophic-eutrophic in summer, the H and D based water quality indicated β-medium pollution, the J based water quality indicated mild pollution, and the overall phytoplankton based evaluation result indicated mild-medium pollution.
