Reserch and development of silicon nanowires solar cells

Abstract: Silicon nanowires have excellent optical absorption properties and optical anti-reflective properties,which have potential applications in solar cells.Its key devices realization and modeling,which are totally compatible with standard CMOS process.In this paper,the structure,preparation and photovoltaic performances of Si nanowires radial p-n junction,axial p-n junction,polymer blending heterojunction and schottky junction solar cells were reserched.The problems in the past reserch and directions of future development of siliocon nanowires solar cells are pointed out.
