Research progress in design of the organic fluorescence probes and its application for the detection of tumor biomarker

Abstract: Fluorescence imaging with high spatial-temporal resolution and high sensitivity provides a powerful tool for visualizing dynamic biological processes. Recently, fluorescence imaging is widely used in molecular biology, cellular immunology, microbiology and oncology. Organic fluorescent probes have high safety, good biocompatibility and strong optical stability.
