    Cd1-xMnxO(x=0,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%)ceramics were synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction method and its electric and thermal transport were both studied.With the increasing of Mn4+-doping,both the carrier concentration and the mobility of Cd1-xMnxO measured at room temperature increase,which leads to the significant decrease of the resistivity and increase of Seebeck coefficient S. In spite of the Mn4+-doping can effectively reduce the phonon thermal conductivity,the total thermal conductivity increases due to the electronic thermal conductivity increase with growing Mn4+-doping.

    Sn thin films with thickness of 205 nm were deposited on quartz substrates surface by vacuum thermal evaporation method using high purity Sn wire as evaporation source.Then,the films were under oxidation treatment in the temperature range of 200~500 °C in high purity oxygen atmosphere.The films were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectrometer,spectrophotometer and source meter for their structural,optical and electrical properties respectively.The measure for structural studies reveal that SnO2 of tetragonal system with a single crystal orientation is obtained under the high temperature.The optical measurement shows that thin film optical band gap in creases with oxidation temperature rises.The current–voltage characteristics show that electrical conductivity decrease with increasing oxidation treatment.

    The lipoproteins in serum were separated and characterized using asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation(AF4)coupled with multiangle light scattering(MALS),and fluorescence(FL)detectors.The effect of programmed cross-flow rates in linear decay and exponential decay on the AF4 analysis of serum was studied.The collected AF4 fractions of the serum were characterized by dynamic light scattering(DLS).It was found that the free proteins and lipoproteins in the serum were separated by AF4.The application of exponentially decaying cross-flow rate not only reduced the time of AF4 analysis of serum,but also improved the resolution for the sub-class of lipoproteins.The results demonstrate that AF4-MALS-FL is a useful tool for the analysis of lipoproteins in serum.

    A novel series of palladium(Ⅱ)complexes with β-diketonate ligands functionalized with trifluoromethyl group and 2,2’-bipyridine(bipy)have been synthesized through a directed self-assembly approach that involves spontaneous deprotonation of the β-diketone ligands in H2O/acetone solution.These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR,and HRMS.Crystal structure of 3g has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.The cytotoxicity was tested by MTT assay.The preliminary results showed that most of the obtained complexes were more toxic against MCF-7 and Hela than A549 cells.The cytotoxicity of complexes 3a is almost equal to that of cisplatin against MCF-7.

    A series of hyaluronic acid grafted pullulan(HA-Pu)were prepared by esterification reaction,using 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide(EDC)as dehydrating agent and 4-dimethylaminopyridine(DMAP)as catalyst.The structure of HA-Pu was confirmed by the Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR)and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR),and the degree of substitution(DS)of hyaluronic acid moiety was determined by 1H NMR.The freeze-dried HA-Pu materials could be compressed to obtain a HA-Pu film.The HA-Pu film was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),which obtained the layered microstructure with a lot of small holes.Compared with hyaluronic acid,the HA-Pu materials have better ability to resist enzyme degradation in vitro.Therefore,HA-Pu should be a promising novel material to expand the application of hyaluronic acid in pharmaceatics.

    Pyrophosphate(PPi)plays an important role in the biological and environmental systems.Therefore,a simple,rapid,high sensitivity determination of the pyrophosphate is of great significance.A new colorimetric strategy for the visual detection of pyrophosphate by the naked eye under the irradiation of a UV lamp was developed on the basis of Cu2+-induced fluorescence band shift of CdTe quantum dots(QDs)and the strong interaction between PPi and Cu2+. PPi can be visually detected in the range of 5 μmol/L to 50 μmol/L.Furthermore,this method was of good specificity and it also can be used for the detection of the pyrophosphatase activity.

    The filter paper contacting test was conducted to detect the activity and isozymes composition of SOD,POD and CAT of Eisenia foetida exposured with phenol,to provide scientific basis for biological diagnosis and risk assessment of soil pollution by phenol compounds.The results suggested that the CAT activity was activated markedly at different concentrations;the SOD and POD isozymes composition was changed; the SOD and POD activity were induced prominently at low concentration but inhibited at high concentration.

    Genetic diversity and differentiation of different wild population of oriental river prawn(Macrobrachium nipponense)in Baiyangdian Lake,Hengshui Lake,Weishan Lake and Hongze Lake,were investigated using 22 microsatellite DNA loci.The data showed that all the 22 loci were highly polymorphic.An exact P-value test indicated that most loci significantly deviated from Hardy-Weinberg in the Baiyangdian Lake,Hengshui Lake and Hongze Lake populations with the number of 9 loci,respectively;the deviations of Hardy-Weinberg were also detected in Weishan Lake populations with the number of 6 loci.All of the four wild populations showed high genetic diversities,and the genetic diversity in Weishan populations was relatively higher than the others three populations.The Fst and AMOVA analysis suggested that there was a moderate degree of genetic divergence among the four populations(0.046 3<Fst<0.101 2).UPGMA clustering tree based on Nei’s genetic distance demonstrated that the populations of adjacent- geographical position clustered together.

    The six bacterial strains including WL1,WL2,WR1,WR2,WK1 and M15,obtained in previously experiments,had the obvious inhibition to Phytophthora infestans mycelia growth.In order to clarify the biocontrol potential,the inhibition property and the disease prevention effects on in vitro tissue of six strains were compared in this experiment.The dual-culture method and punch method were adopted to determine the inhibition of living bacteria,bacterial liquid,as well as fermented liquid on P.infestans mycelia growth.The potato tuber slices method was used to evaluate the disease prevention effect of bacterial liquid.The results showed that the inhibition effects of six bacterial liquid to P.infestans growth were significantly greater than that of living bacteria and fermented liquid,and the inhibitory zones were above 27 mm,and all of them caused mycelial malformation.In which,bacterial liquid of WL2 strain displayed the strongest inhibitory effect,the inhibitory zones were above 26 mm,and caused the most serious malformation.In- addition,WL2 bacterial liquid acquired the best disease prevention on in vitro tissue in comparison with other 5 strains,the disease index was only 13.7,and the relative protection ratio was up to 80.5%.These results indicate that WL2 strain has more potential in control potato late blight in the future.

    Using video monitoring method,the mating behaviors of five pairs of captive black stork(Ciconia nigra)were observed at the zoo in Baoding from 2014 to 2015.The results showed that:the captive black stork mating first started on January 5th,and ended by April 24th.The average mating duration was(14.60±2.967)d. There were highly significant differences in different periods of time of the day on mating times(P<0.01).The mating peak time appeared at 07:00 and in an hour later after sunrise;The tail bias of male black stork was significantly different between individuals when mating(P< 0.01);The duration of copulation range was 11—24 s,the average mating duration was(15.07±2.560)s,which mainly concentrated in the 13 s;Call time after mating ranged from 2 to 11 seconds,which mainly concentrated in 2—3 s;In the process of the mating,male black stork tail depress 1—6 times,the average in(3.47±1.068)times,which mainly concentrated in 3 times.

    To explore the effect and its related mechanism of new photosensitizers galactose substituted phthalocyanines(T1—T4)on the proliferation of colon cancer cell CT-26,consequently to provide experimental basis for the clinical photodynamic therapy of colon cancer,the water distribution coefficient of T1—T4 was detected to understand its water-soluble ability,the concentration and incubation time of T1—T4 were detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer to know their influence on CT-26 cell absorbing capacity,the cytotoxic effect of T1—T4 to CT-26 was detected by MTT the autophagy,apoptosis and necrosis of the colon cancer cells were detected through MDC staining and flow cytometry.It was found that the- water-soluble ability of T1—T4 enhanced,with the number of galactose substituents increasing.The photodynamic damage effect of T1—T4 to CT-26 was positively correlated with their concentration.The absorptive amount of CT-26 to T1—T3 increased with the concentration of incubation and with the extension of incubation time,but it can hardly absorb T4.Autophagy,apoptosis and necrosis of CT-26 can be induced by T2,and there is obvious dose-dependent effect.Through the above data, colon cancer cell absorbs more T1—T3 when the incubation concentration and incubation time increase.T2 mediated photodynamic therapy can obviously inhibit CT-26.The mechanism may be due to cell autophagy.

    By considering the role of different samples on support vector machine, fuzzy support vector machine is presented based on support vector machine. However, it ignores the structural information of the given sample set. To this end, structural information of the given sample set is introduced into fuzzy support vector machine and obtained a structural fuzzy support vector machine model. It is converted to dual problem with quadratic programming using Lagrange method. Through solving this dual problem,the fuzzy support vector machine classifier is obtained. Experimental results in selected standard data sets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

    A kind of fast detecting device was developed for Chinese medicinal herbs based on visible and near-infrared spectroscopy technology.It is mainly composed of the lithium battery,DC/DC converter circuit,constant current source,light source,sample pool,micro fiber spectrometer,laptop and so on.This paper describes the components and working principle of the instrument,gives the constant current driving circuit principle diagram of the halogen tungsten lamp,and introduces its working principle and the measured technical parameters in details.The paper compared the normal and sulfur smoked sample extracts spectra,and found sulfur leaching solution in 715 nm and 835 nm has the characteristic absorption peak.It can be taken as the criterion of sulfur fumigation sample detection.Normal / smoked sulfur Codonopsis pilosula and wolfberry fruit samples were tested by the prototype.The test results show the sample with sulfur fumigation can be distinguished.It is expected to be used for sulfur smoked in the medicinal field for rapid screening test of sulfur smoked herds.

    The characterizstic parameters such as voltage,resistance,and temperature of the battery and the relationship between them may reflect the complex internal changes of batteries.Therefore by detecting changes for voltage,resistance and temperature of the battery can provide some references for battery management.This paper describes a battery parameter acquisition experimental system based on lead-acid batteries.The system uses a multifunction digital multimeter to six and a half as an auxiliary measuring equipment,under the control of the follow-up circuit,and with the aid of software achieves a high accuracy,continuous,real-time measurement of voltage and data saving.The system uses the differential amplifier circuit,and makes use of the method of least squares to calibrate and to improve the accuracy and stability of resistance testing.The measurement results will be sent to the measurement collection terminals to display on the LCD screen.Meanwhile,through a dedicated software it can also achieve remote monitoring,parameters acquiring and data processing.The system makes use of Altium Designer electronic product development system to design hardware board, and makes use of C and C++ language to write hardware and software programs.Practices shows that the system is of high accuracy,and good stability,and has a- high practical value for the study of the integrated nature of the battery.

    An optimization design approach to calculate building height based on simulated annealing method was proposed.Firstly,the building lands was divided evenly into several small grids,they were upwards stretched into small columns,and the total sunshine time was calculated according to the position relationship between the columns and window obscured.Then,the mathematical model of maximum building height based on minimum window sunshine time constraint was built.Finally,the building height was calculated based on the simulated annealing algorithm.Our experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can accurately provide sunshine cumulative time under the constraints sunshine,and the maximum height was quickly obtained base on multiple disturbance of annealing mode.So the proposed method can provide an effective way for structure optimization design.

    Active learning mainly aims at reducing the cost of manual annotation without decreasing the accuracy of the classifier.Active learning algorithm gets high quality training sample set by selecting the informative unlabeled samples which are labeled by domain experts later.The selected sample set is used to train the classifier.This improves the generalization ability of trained classifier while minimizes the cost of the labeling.Firstly,the recent advances in the three key steps in active learning algorithm was summarized,including:1)the method for constructing the initial training sample set and its improvement;2)the sample selection strategy and its improvement;3)the termination condition and its improvement.Then,the problems in active learning were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were presented.Finally,the future works in active learning were addressed.
