    Mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete

    Basalt fiber is a new inorganic fiber material with good ductility,high tensile strength,low density and outstanding economical advantages in building construction.It provides a new idea for the improvement of the mechanical properties of recycled concrete.For C30 strength grade of concrete,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of basalt fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)with fiber dosage of 0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% were tested.Results show that the basalt fiber will reduce the fluidity of recycled concrete,and increase the friction between the cement matrices.Furthermore,it can also enhance the compressive strength and tensile strength of the recycled concrete.In particular,when the dosage of basalt fiber was 0.3% and the replacement ratio of coarse aggregate was 40%,the compressive strength reached the maximum for C30 strength grade of concrete.When the fiber dosage is 0.1%,the growth trend of the tensile strength of recycled concrete is stable.The study can provide- guidance and reference for the application of recycled aggregate in concrete engineering practice.

    The formation energies,electronic structures and optical properties of Ti-doped silicon nanocrystals were calculated by first-principles based on density functional theory.We considered configurational characteristics of the substitutional sites and the interstitial sites.The results show all of the sites are energetically unfavorable,and Ti atoms setting in the center tetrahedron interstitial position of Si nanocrystals implies the energetic balance closest to the eguilibrium.The 3d orbits of Ti split into t2g triplet and eg doublet.It is observed that substitutional Ti causes eg manifolds to appear inside the band gap.However,they cannot produce by themselves any donor level because they are empty.Interstitial Ti causes the partially filled t2g manifolds to appear inside the band gap.An impurity band fulfilling all the requirements of an intermediate-band material is formed in the silicon nanocrystals.The imaginary parts of dielectric function and optical absorption on interstitially Ti show that the doping can strengthen the absorbing intensity of solar spectrum lower than 3 eV.

    Based on the crystal structure of a kinesin motor(1BG2)and tubulin(1TUB),the electric potential distribution on the surface of the motor head and the tubulin is obtained by electrostatic calculation,and the electrostatic interactions between the microtubule and the positive potential regions of kinesin are analyzed by comparing the crystal structures of them.Furthermore,through simulation by solving Poisson's equation,the electrostatic interactions of kinesin along the microtubule have been calculated,the results show that microtubule provides a periodic potential field for motor movement,and the period is consistent with that of the kinesin steps.Then combined with the calculated results, we present the electrostatic mechanism of kinesin movement.

    A new micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography with polarity switching and large sample size was developed to determine phenoxy acid herbicides remained in cereals.The effects of buffer,injection time,separation and enrichment voltage on separation and preconcentration were studied.The optimum buffer was 20 mmol/L phosphate and 60 mmol/L SDS at pH7.5.The separation and enrichment voltages were 20 kV and -20 kV.Sample size was 3.5 kPa×200 s.The enrichment factors were 510-620 and limits of detection 0.20-0.38 μg/kg.The recoveries of spiked cereals were 80.6%-96.7%.The assay can be applied to detect phenoxy acid herbicides remained in cereals.

    Silica fluorescent nanoparticles were prepared with fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC)as the fluorescent molecule and silica as the biocompatible carrier.To enhance the stability of the microspheres,the bridge molecule(γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane,APTES)was introduced.Owing to the non-unity of the connection sequences of FITC,SiO2 with APTES,two types(surface connection type and core-shell type)of FITC bonded fluorescent silica nanospheres were prepared and compared in their morphologies and photobleachings.The results show that both types had similar morphology,but the surface connection type was optically bleached seriously.Furthermore,two typical methods of packaging silicon(Stöber and reverse microemulsion)were compared.Core-shell FITC bonded fluorescent silica nanospheres preparaed by reverse microemulsion method showed stronger fluorescence signal,and had smaller particle size and better dispersibility.In addition the value of fluorescent dye leak was less than 8% within 7 h in the dye leakage experiment and the fluorescence intensity decreased only 2.2% within 30 min in light stability experiment,which showed the low dye leakage degree and good light stability properties.-

    In order to understand the biosynthetic potential of medicinal endophytic actinomycetes,39 strains isolated from roots of 5 species of medicinal plants were fermented in two different media.Then methanol was used to extract the fermentations.After getting the crude extracts,the bioactivity test of crude extracts were performed on 13 strains of indicator bacteria and fungi.About 32(82%)of the crude extracts exhibited bioactivity to one of the 13 indicator bacteria and fungi at least.To further verify the biosynthetic potential of the 39 strains,the polyketide synthases(PKS)and nonribosomal peptide synthetases(NRPS)genes were amplified.One of the several genes at least could be amplified from genomic DNAs of all of the strains,and the proportions for the type I PKS(1),type I PKS(2),type II PKS,NRPS(1) and NRPS(2) are 59%,62%,82%,100% and 100%,respectively.These results above suggested- that the endophytic actinomycetes from medical plants possessed significant biosynthetic potential,and they could produce active compounds under certain conditions.

    For protection and utilization of the wild Arisaema decipiens Schott,a regeneration system was developed.The effects of different plant growth regulators on callus,adventitious shoot and root induction were investigated by organogenesis using petiole as explants.The results showed that the optimal medium of callus induction was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L.The suitable medium for adventitious shoots induction was MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L +6-BA 0.5 mg/L,and the induction rate of adventitious shoots reached at 82%.Up to 100% of the regenerated shoots formed complete plantlets on MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L medium.

    Using mulberry field as research subject,the variation of soil nutrient,microbial amount and fruit quality were studied under different conditions with 2,4,6 a Hairy Vetch and natural grass,respectively.The results showed that all of treatments could increase the contents of organic matter,soil total N,total P,total K(P<0.05),compared with control.The contents of organic matter,soil total N,total K in 6 a hairy vetch increased by 222.6%,132.3% and 19.0%.Respectively the contents of available P and available K in soil with 2 a Hairy Vetch were lower than that of the control while increased significantly by 46.7%,46.3% and 19.2% in soil with 6 a hairy vetch,compared with the control.The bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes quantity in soil with Hairy Vetch 6 a increased by 86.8%,151.7% and 168.4%,respectively.The soluble solids content of mulberry fruit with Hairy Vetch 6 a and natural grasses 6 a increased by 55.8% and 17.0%,respectively,reducing sugar of mulberry fruit increased separately by 42.9% and 8.5%.However,total acids decreased by 18.7% and 14.1%,respectively.Inter-row planting Hairy Vetch could increased the soil fertility,enhance soil microbiology quantity and improve fruit fresh quality of mulberry,- with year increasing.

    In order to clarify the structure and characteristics of tyrosinase related protein 1(TYRP-1)in Chinese softshell turtle Pelodiscus sinensis, bioinformatics analysis was carried out using related softwares, databases and methods. The results showed that the transcript length of tyrp-1 gene was 2 829 bp, encoding a putative 535 aa. The deduced molecular weight of TYRP-1 protein was 60.16 ku and theoretical isoelectric point was 5.35, which indicated it was an unstable protein. A signal peptide domain was located in N-terminus, and it could bind to the signal recognition protein, leading the polypeptide chain through the endoplasmic reticulum membrane to the endoplasmic reticulum cavity. A transmembrane domain in the C-terminus, which anchored on the cell membrane, played an important biological function. The TYRP-1 protein contained two copper-binding domains, and interacted with DCT protein.

    The crustacean immune response belongs to overall response of the individual immune system.This article makes a summary for each immune reaction path by referring to a number of document,and draws each branch of the immune pathway in a map.Statistics show that some immune stimulants exert an influence on the path of the immune system.By merging branches of the immune pathway, a whole crustacean immune defense system map was built.From the map,the immune stimulant effect on the immune response becomes more concrete and concise.It provides visual evidence for immune stimulating mechanism and evaluation of the immune level.

    The trade-off between location-based query quality and location privacy protection in mobile internet is one of the current research hotspots.This paper proposes an anonymous incremental query location privacy protection method based on the SpaceTwist scheme.The client-server architecture is used in this paper.The k anonymous area is formed and the centroid of the anonymous area is used as the anchor point.After anonymous transformation,the real location is excluded in the anonymous area.It changes the query range in the form of incremental and returns the query result set.It avoids using a third-party server or it will become a point of attack,and it improves the accuracy of the query while ensuring the user's location privacy effect.

    With the rapid development of e-commerce,express information security has become an important issue.Currently,there are two kinds of personal information in the express industry,one stored in the express sheet,the other stored in the express database.The leakage problem of express database privacy information is discussed in the paper.This paper presents a method of personalized privacy protection for express information.First,in mailing,customers choose sensitive decision value.Then,according to the sensitive decision value express company calculates a sensitive constraint value.Finally,it generalizes the sensitive attribute based on the sensitive constraint values.Compared to the k-anonymous method,experiments here show that the method realizes the right of individuals to determine the privacy constraints,meet the needs of personalized privacy protection and effectively prevents the consistency of attacks.

    There is a complex nonlinear relationship between highway traffic flow and its influencing factors.Combing least squares support vector machines(LSSVM)with adaptive dynamic particle swarm- optimization(ADPSO)algorithm,this paper proposed a new highway traffic flow forecasting method based on LSSVM optimized by ADPSO algorithm.Highway traffic flow was forecasted by LSSVM with the advantages of easy modeling and high precision.And the optimal parameters of LSSVM were selected based on the good optimization ability of ADPSO algorithm.An example analysis on the highway traffic flow in a city was performed to test the effectiveness of LSSVM-ADPSO model.The results indicate that the proposed method has better highway traffic flow forecasting performance and is suitable for short-term highway traffic flow forecasting.

    In the era of big data environment,a large amount of data in thermal power plant is stored in the database and cannot be fully utilized.Because of the complicated process of the double inlet and double outlet mill system,the mathematical model is difficult to build.A method of modeling based on data mining is presented.The actual operation big data which impact the coal mill material is extracted.First, the K-Means clustering is used to delete outliers,and then the principal component analysis(PCA)is used to complete attribute reduction,at last the distributed support vector machine(D_SVM)is used to build a model on the Hadoop platform in MapReduce framework for the parallel computation.The results show that modeling time is greatly reduced due to the use of the method,and the accuracy and applicability of the model are very high. Therefore the model can be used to represent the actual material properties.

    Compared with binary LDPC codes,non-binary codes have better error correction performance,stronger burst-error-correcting capability,can also combine with higher-order modulations,which attracted a wide-spread attentiaon.However the advantages of non-binary LDPC codes are limited by the high complexity of encoding and decoding algorithm.Based on repeat accumulate structure,a check matrix with fast algorithm was constructed.By using fast double-recursion pipeline method and improved EMS decoding algorithm,complexity and calculation of the algorithm were reduced,which are beneficial for the realization of the hardwares.On Gaussian channel,the BER of GF(2)and GF(4)LDPC codes are compared,and the modulation performance of BPSK and 4QAM are compared for GF(4)LDPC.Simulation results prove the validity and feasibility of the design.

    In order to accomplish acceleration slip regulation of mini electric vehicle with in-wheel motors,a fuzzy-PID controller is designed for electric vehicle with two rear-wheel independent drive in view of engineering applications.First a simplified fuzzy road identification method is designed,then vehicle model is established based on Carsim software,and the co-simulation platform is built based on Simulink and Carsim software,finally the experiments have been done in typical roads with driving wheel torque as control variable based on the co-simulation platform.The simulation results show that the controller can effectively restrain the excessive slip of driving wheel,and improve dynamic performance and stability of the vehicle based on road identification.
    Phytoplankton community and water quality analysis of three typical waters in Baiyangdian Lake

    In three typical waters——the purfication waters,the aquaculture waters,and the Pro village waters,in Baiyangdian Lake,from April to November in 2013,the phytoplankton was investigated,the community structure characteristics were compared and the water quality was evaluated,using phytoplankton ecological index and water quality factors to evaluate the water quality.The results showed:the first dominant group was Chlorophyta in the three typical waters in Baiyangdian Lake,the second dominant group was Bacillariophyta in both the purfication waters and the aquaculture waters, but was Cyanophyta in the Pro village waters;the purfication waters was in the mesotrophic position,the aquaculture waters was in the eutrophic position,the Pro village waters was in the eutrophic position.In the purfication waters,the relationship between Bacillariophyta distribution and environmental factors was complex,the distribution of Chlorophyta was correlated with total phosphorus,total nitrogen,pH and dissolved oxygen.In the aquaculture waters,the distribution of Bacillariophyta was related to total phosphorus and total nitrogen,the growth of Cyanobacteria was inhibited by nitrogen and phosphorus.In the Pro village waters,the distribution of Cyanobacteria had a high correlation with nitrogen and phosphorus,the distribution of Bacillariophyta- was related to pH,temperature and total phosphorus.As a result of redundancy analysis(RDA),phytoplankton distribution was significantly affected by environmental factors in the three typical waters in Baiyangdian Lake.
