    A modified nonmonotone line search memory gradient method for unconstrained optimization is proposed in this paper. In this method, a new criterion is constructed to decide whether the trial point is acceptable or not. The presented algorithm is a generalization of the existing nonmonotone-type methods. Under some reasonable conditions, the global convergent properties are proved. The numerical results show that the algorithm is effective and flexible.

    A class of close-to-convex functions is investigated, which is the generalization of the class of analytic functions whose derivatives have positive real parts. The following properties are discussed: distortion theorems, the radius of convexity, close-to-convexity of the partial sums and extremal functions.The subclass which contains functions with initial zero coefficients is also studied.

    For the destruction of concrete columns at high temperature, the mechanical behavior of axially loaded reinforced concrete columns was studied based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS at different temperatures. The results show that the reinforced concrete columns show a downward deformation from top to bottom at all ambient temperatures. Meanwhile, the column shows a more obvious temperature effect. The overall distribution of equivalent stress is almost uniform in the model. Yet, there is a significant increase from the inside constraint surface to the outside constraint surface, and the equivalent stress reaches the maximum value at the boundary of the constraint surface.

    Carbon nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning, then Re-Pt3Ni Supported by Carbon Nanofibers Composite were prepared by heating in oil bath. The composite electrodes with different film thickness were prepared by ball milling and spraying, and the electrodes were 5, 10, 15 and 20 μm respectively. The influence of film thickness on the performance of dye-sensitized solar cells was studied, Energy conversion efficiency were 5.12%, 7.67%, 8.43%, 8.09%. The results show that with the increase of the thickness of the electrode film, the performance of DSSCs first increases and then decreases, and when the thickness of the electrode is about 15 μm, the performance of DSSCs is the best.     According to the characteristics of reflective intensity modulated MEMS fiber optic pressure sensor, a detection circuit system based on STC89C52 microcontroller is designed. The system is divided into photoelectric conversion module, attenuation filter module, true RMS conversion module, A/D conversion module and liquid crystal display module. Using OPT101 as photoelectric conversion device, the light intensity signal transmitted by optical fiber is converted into voltage signal. After attenuation of voltage signal, it is output to AC/DC converter and A/D converter through filter. The results are displayed on the LCD screen and can be output to the computer through the interface. The test results show that the designed circuit has high precision and resolution.

    Using reduced-denatured lysozyme as a model protein, the effects of sodium sulfate(Na2SO4), sodium perchlorate(NaClO4), sodium nitrate(NaNO3), and sodium chloride(NaCl)on protein aggregation were investigated. Turbidity assay were used to study the critical salt concentration on protein aggregation and the aggregation kinetics. It was found that the critical salt concentrations increased by following the order of SO42- > ClO4- > NO3- > Cl- and the aggregation rates decreased by following the order of SO42- > ClO4- > NO3- > Cl-.The fitted kinetic parameters showed a linear relationship with salt concentrations. All of the four salts induced the formation of amorphous protein aggregates as revealed by scanning electron microscopy. This work should be beneficial for a better understanding of protein aggregation.

    A method for the determination of anthraquinones in urine was developed by the combination of pH - dependent solidified floating liquid-liquid microextraction with HPLC. Octanoic acid chosen as extraction solvent was dissolved in alkaline solution, and 100 μL of it was taken and injected into 10 mL aqueous solution which had been acidified. After centrifugation for 4 min and ice bath for 2 min, the extract was floated on the surface of the aqueous sample. The extract was taken out and dissolved with 50 μL methanol for HPLC analysis. The main factors, such as acid type, sodium octanate volume, ion strength and centrifugal time, were systematically investigated. The method was applied to the analysis of urine samples, and the recovery after spiking was in the range of 82% and 110%. The extraction process avoids the use of organic dispersive solvents. The advantages of the proposed method are short extraction time, simple operation, low consumption and friendly environment, and very suitable for the combination with liquid chromatography analysis.

    A series of supported NiB nanocatalysts by an impregnation-reduction method were prepared and evaluated in the hydrogenation of cinnamic acid, and the effect of different supports(γ-Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2)on the catalytic activity and stability was investigated. It is found that the support γ-Al2O3 showed a better dispersion effect on nickel active species, and the NiB/γ-Al2O3 catalyst had a less loss of active species after several runs. The catalytic activity of NiB/γ-Al2O3 catalyst in the hydrogenation of cinnamic acid showed the best stability. Notably, the NiB/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was gradually abnormally increased after three runs, and the conversion of cinnamic acid was enhanced to 75.0% after three times, the selectivity of hydrogenation product was kept in 100%.     To prepare aripiprazole long-acting injectable suspension and study its pharmacokinetics in rabbits. Suspension was prepared by high-pressure homogenization and the product was obtained after freeze-drying; The concentration of drug in plasma was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The long-acting injectable suspension formulation obtained was uniform and stable in particle size and had no significant irritation to animal tissues. The in vivo pharmacokinetics results showed that the long-acting injection has a good sustained-release effect in vivo and can be sustainedly released for 15 days. Aripiprazole long-acting injectable suspension have controllable quality and can be released continuously and steadily, which is expected to provide a convenient, safe and effective new dosage form for schizophrenic patients.

    For the utilization of the resources of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance, the content of total phenol and total flavonoids in different polar extracts was determined. The results showed that the content of total phenol and total flavonoids in ethyl acetate fraction was 74.5 mg/g and 426.70 mg/g, respectively, much higher than other fractions. Six compounds, eriodictyol, komaroviquinone, pedalitin, dracocequinone A, gardenin B and cirsimaritin were identified from the samples by LC-MS. In vitro antioxidant analysis showed that the D. rupestre Hance had strong antioxidant activity.

    Actinomycetes Streptomyces microflavus Sy11 strain had strong suppression to mycelial growth and sporangia germination of Phytophthora infestans. And it was found that suppression was induced by P. infestans during antagonists screening in early experiments. In order to further reveal the induction effect and conditions of P. infestans to strain Sy11, dual culture method was used for investigating the suitable culture medium, temperature, time, and continual inhibition of Sy11 strain after induction.     In order to clarify the effect of lipopeptide secreted by Bacillus subtilis WL2 on Phytophthora infestans and the prevention potential on potato late blight, the paper strip method was adopted to evaluate the inhibitory activity of lipopeptide crude extract on mycelial growth and spores germination of P. infestans. In addition, in vitro tissue method was used to evaluate the disease prevention effect of lipopeptide crude extract. And the types of lipopeptide were also identified by ESI-MS.The results showed that when the concentration of lipopeptide crude extract was at 25 μg/mL, the diameter of inhibitory zone was 5.9 mm and mycelial recovery growth rate of P. infestans after inhibition was only 5.2 mm/d. In addition, spores direct germination rate was 9.7% after inhibition with lipopeptide crude extract(3 μg/mL)and zoospore release rate was only 7.6% after inhibition with of lipopeptide crude extract(4 μg/mL). There were differences in comparison with control(P<0.05). In addition, lipopeptide crude extract(20 μg/mL)exhibited the best effect on disease prevention of potato late blight, and the disease index(20.6)was the lowest. There were differences in comparison with control(73.1, P<0.05). The lipopeptide produced by WL2 strain were iturinA and surfactin. These results indicate that lipopeptide produced by WL2 strain has great potential in controlling potato late blight in future.

    As an effective solution for solving the problem of information overload, collaborative recommender systems have been widely applied to many fields. However, the occurrence of shilling attacks has seriously affected the quality of recommendation. Therefore, how to protect recommender systems against shilling attacks has become hotspot issue in recommender systems. This paper first introduces the motivation of shilling attacks and features of various attack models, and then analyzes the state of the art in shilling attacks detection techniques and robust collaborative recommendation algorithms in detail. Finally, the future development and research directions are discussed.

    X ray spectrum of medical CT imaging system is polychromatic, which will cause CT image hardening artifacts, reduce image quality and interfere diagnosis.Therefore,the correction of the hardening artifacts of CT images is necessary. In this paper, a polynomial fitting correction method is proposed based on projection space optimization for single medium water and water bone mixture. Firstly, the projection correction model and the ideal projection model are constructed. Then, the projection correction model is compared with the ideal projection model to determine the correction coefficient when the difference is minimum. Finally, the correction coefficient is substituted into the projection correction model,and the corrected image can be reconstructed. The simulation results show that the proposed polynomial fitting correction method can remove CT hardening artifacts and improve the image accuracy, which is of great significance in the accurate quantitative analysis of CT.

    Based on the theory of Life Cycle Assessment and SimaPro software(Version8.0), the Eco-indicator 99 method was used to analyze the life cycle impact of a closed-loop LED lamp supply chain and the results were compared with an open-loop LED lamp supply chain which has the same function unit. Results indicated that the environmental single score of a 21 W LED lamp in the entire process of the closed-loop supply chain was 5.48 Pt. The descending order of the three categories of environmental impact was: human health(3.81 Pt)> resources consumption(1.29 Pt)> ecological environment(0.381 Pt), indicating that the whole process of the closed-loop LED lamp supply chain had the most significant impact on human health. In addition, the environmental single score of the open-loop LED lamp supply chain with the same function unit was 5.71 Pt, increasing by 0.23 Pt compared with the closed-loop supply chain, which indicated that the closed-loop LED lamp supply chain was much more environmental friendly than the open-loop LED lamp supply chain.

A total of 69 strains were combined after repeated strains were removed based on heavy metal-resistant characteristics sequence difference, which belonged to 13 species distributed in 7 genera Enterobacter, Comamonas, Delftia, Brevundimonas, Stenotrophomonas, Pseudomonas, and Lysinibacillus. Further PCA analysis was used to study the relationship between heavy metal resistant bacteria and ecological factors. In terms of group composition and distribution, the anti-Pb2+ and Cu2+ bacteria were generally similar, and Pseudomonas and Stenotrophomonas had the highest abundance, indicating that the strain had cross-resistance to heavy metals. Lysinibacillus is the unique 100 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ)resistant genus, and it is widely distributed. Stenotrophomonas is the only genus which can survive in three kinds of heavy metals Pb2+, Cu2+ and Cr(Ⅵ)within Baiyangdian Lake.
