摘要: 用微波辐照方法研究了苯偶姻与乙二醇或巯基乙醇在酸催化下的缩合反应.结果表明,反应速度加快(与传统的加热方法相比,反应时间缩短约300倍),产率提高.提供了一种简便快速合成标题化合物的方法,并对反应机理进行了讨论.

Abstract: 5,6-dihydro-2,3-diphenyl-1,4-dioxene and 5,6-dihydro-2,3-dip henyl-1,4- oxathiin were synthesized by the reaction of benzoin with ethylene glycol or 2-m ercaptoethanol under microwave irradiation. The reaction time was shortened abou t 300-fold and the yields was improved when compaved with classical method.A rapid syn thesis and the mechanism of the reaction has been discussed.
