An Efficient Procedure for Acetylation of Phenols Under Microwave Irradiation

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在微波辐射下,研究了一系列的酚与乙酸酐的酰化反应,收率为75%～99%.此方法操作简便、反应收率高、时间短(10～180 s),是合成乙酸酚酯的简单易行的方法.

关键词: 乙酰化, 酚, 乙酸酐, 微波

Abstract: The acetylation of phenols with acetic anhydride under microwave irradition was studied.The yield of the reaction is high(75%～95%) in short reaction time (10～180 s),providing a simple and efficient method to synthesize those compounds.
