An Evaluating Method of Measuring Uncertainty for the Determinations of Acrylamide in Potato Chips by HPLC

Abstract

Abstract: To establish an evaluating method of measuring uncertainty for the determinations of acrylamide in potato chips by high performance liquid chromatography with diode-array detection, the mathematical model had been established and the sources of uncertainty were analyzed. The components of uncertainty of measurement were quantized and expanded uncertainties of measuring results of acrylamide were shown. The evaluation program and method fit the standard requirement and are simple and reliable.
