    Dynamic response of hollow hemispherical shell of titanium alloy after thermal oxidation

    The finite element program is used to simulate the bullet impact of TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)hot titanium oxide alloy inner hollow hemisphere shell. Based on quasi-static compression test and dynamic Hopkinson pressure bar test data, the effect of diameter-thickness ratio, impact velocity and strain rate on TC4 is studied. The contact force peak and the vertex displacement of the inner hollow hemisphere shell of TC4 hot titanium oxide alloy under different working conditions were obtained. The material model of the TC4 hot titanium oxide alloy is described by the Johnson-Cook constitutive relationship considering the strain rate effect and the temperature effect, where in the test data is measured by Hopkinson pressure bar technology. The results show that the contact force peak and the vertex displacement are inversely proportional to the diameter-thickness ratio; the contact force peak and the vertex displacement are both proportional to the impact velocity; the strain rate effect enhances the impact resistance and the resistance of deformation of the TC4 hot titanium oxide alloy inner hollow hemisphere shell.

    The rectification of dust particles in a metal ratchet in plasma environment is studied experimentally. The monodisperse polystyrene particles are suspended in a metal ratchet channel.The direction of particle flows can be controlled by adjusting the gas pressure and the discharge power. In the experiment, only the negative motion of the particles occurs.Due to the low potential of the metal ratchet, the thicker sheath on the surface forms a strong constraint on the particles. Therefore, the nonequilibrium force of ion drag in the azimuthal direction becomes stronger, which results in fast flow of dust particles along the saw channel. The experimental results lay the foundation for the establishment of a dust plasma ratchet model.

    Although DCM molecules are widely used in the field of lasers, organic light-emitting diodes, and etc., there are relatively few studies on its luminescence properties in solid matrices. In this paper DCM with 1% and 5%weight ratios were dissolved in poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA), and its emission process were analyzed at different temperatures. It was found that DCM sample(1% weight ratios)matrix polarity did not show significant change in temperature range of 295-35 K.However, DCM samples of 5%weight ratios, showed reduced matrix polarity in the temperature range of 295-195 K. Both DCM samples show fluorescence intensity and fluorescence lifetime increases with temperature decrease.

    A novel imidazolium-embedded cysteine-functionalized stationary phase SIL-AVI-Cys was prepared by “click reaction”, which was further characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, FT-IR as well as elemental analysis. The stationary phase exhibits HILIC mode in the separation of five hydrophilic compounds, such as cytosine, cytidine, inosine, uracil and uridine, which also exhibits HILIC/RPLC mixed mode when separating anilines and phenolic substances. The separation mechanism of the stationary phase was further explored by investigating the effects of mobile phase pH and salt concentration on the retention of analytes. The change in the pH of the mobile phase can affect the interaction between analytes and the stationary phase by varying the dissociation of the analytes. The separation characteristics of the SIL-AVI-Cys column were also investigated by amides and nucleobases/nucleosides.     Biothiols, cysteine(Cys)and homocysteine(Hcy)and glutathione(GSH)play key roles in human body. Owing to the advantages of fluorescence probe method, such as high sensitivity, excellent selectivity, fast response time and the ability to detect thiols in vivo, a new fluorescence probe for the selective detection of biothiols based on the nucleophilic addition mechanism was designed and synthesized in this paper. Upon addition of biothiols, the fluorescence intensity increased with the increase of thiol concentration and reached its maximum within 2 min. The results showed that the probe has potential application in bioimaging.
    Preparation and evaluation of doxorubicin loaded hyaluronic acid-pullulan microspheres in vitro and in vivo

    The natural macromolecular materials of pullulan(Pu)and hyaluronic acid(HA)have good biocompatibility and are often used as drug carriers. However, the rapid degradation of these natural macromolecule limits their application as drug sustained-release functional carriers. In this paper, the self-made anti-enzymatic degradation material of hyaluronic acid grafted pullulan(HA-Pu)is used to prepare its microspheres. In this system, HA-Pu material solution is used as the water phase, liquid paraffin as the oil phase, the Span 80 as the emulsifier, and the glutaraldehyde as the crosslinking agent to prepare the HA-Pu MPs. Box-Behnken Design(BBD)method was used to investigate the effects of rotational speed, oil-water ratio and HA-Pu concentration on the particle size of HA-Pu microspheres. When the optimal formulation conditions was selected as 670 r/min stirring speed, 5.6∶1(V/V, mL/mL)oil-water ratio and 4.48 g/mL HA-Pu, the microparticles had a smooth surface with about 18 μm diameter. By using doxorubicin(DOX)as a model drug, with the cross-linking amount of glutaraldehyde being 0.5 mol, and with the optimum drug loading mass ratio being 2∶10, DOX-HA-Pu MPs with 5% drug loading and 33% encapsulation efficiency were obtained. In vitro release curve of drug-loaded microspheres was consistent with the Ritger-Peppas equation. when DOX drugs were injected into tail vein of rats and DOX-HA-Pu MPs were injected intraperitoneally in rats, the drug-loaded microspheres have displayed a sustained-release function. In summary utilizing HA-Pu material anti-enzymatic degradation properties, HA-Pu MPs are prepared by emulsion cross-linking method which is simple and easy to operate. Therefore, the preparation of HA-Pu MPs is expected to be a sustained-release carrier of antineoplastic drugs.

    Compound α,α’-bis-(p-hydroxybenzylidene)-p-benzenediacetonitrile(M1)was synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation reaction using p-benzenediacetonitrile and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde as raw materials. Compound α,α’-bis-[p-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)-benzylidene]-p-benzenediacetonitrile(M2)was synthesized from M1 and epichlorohydrin by Williamson reaction. Polymer P1 was synthesized by using 2-(2',3',4',6'-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-mannopyranosyloxy)ethyl methacrylate(M4)as monomer and 2-cyano-2-propyl benzodithioate as reversible addition-fragmentation transfer agent. Polymer P2 with defined structure was synthesized via one-pot reaction with P1 and M2(the reduction reaction of dithioester(P1)and click reaction between the thiol group and epoxy group(M2)were simultaneously conducted in one pot with high conversion). The water-soluble fluorescent polymer P3 was obtained in a high yield after the deacetylation protection reaction of P2. The chemical structures and optical properties of compounds and polymers were characterized and tested by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, Fourier transform infrared- DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1000-1565.2020.01.007一锅法制备具有AIE效应含对苯二乙腈单元聚合物梁立勋,王颖,高路谣,陈卫平,赵洪池(河北大学 化学与环境科学学院,河北 保定 071002)摘 要:以对苯二乙腈和对羟基苯甲醛为原料通过Knoevenagel缩合反应合成α,α’-双-(对羟基亚苄基)-对苯二乙腈(M1),然后与环氧氯丙烷通过Williamson反应合成α,α’-双-[对-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)亚苄基]-对苯二乙腈(M2). 以2-氰基-2-丙基苯并二硫为可逆加成断裂链转移试剂,引发2-(2',3',4',6'-四-O-乙酰基-α-D-吡喃甘露糖基氧基)甲基丙烯酸乙酯聚合制备了含双硫酯片段的聚合物P1,P1与M2通过“一锅法”合成含对苯二乙腈单元聚合物P2,脱除乙酰基保护得到水溶性荧光聚合物P3. 利用核磁共振波谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱对化合物和聚合物的化学结构和光学性质等进行了表征与测试. 结果表明:P3的紫外吸收峰和荧光发射峰分别在368 nm和440 nm,P3荧光强度随着DMSO-H2O体系DMSO体积分数的增加而逐渐增强,并且在体积分数大于80%时荧光强度显著增强,表现出聚集诱导发光特性. Polymer P3 had good thermal stability, and the phase transition temperature was 118 ℃.
    Advances in classification of the storage tenebrionid beetles in the world

    The tenebrionid beetles that harm the stored goods directly or indirectly are closely associated with human economic interests, and are the most important part in the integrated pest management. With 277 species(subspecies)of 98 genera of 9 subfamilies known worldwide, this group accounts for 1.11% of the total species of the family Tenebrionidae. To date, 72 species(subspecies)of 32 genera of 5 subfamilies have been recorded from China. Being capable of thriving in the relatively dry storage environment,this special beetle group has adapted to the warehouse and bedroom habitats. Based on a large number of literatures, this paper summarizes the taxonomic, species diversity, distribution and occurrence of pests around the world. The main problems and shortcomings in taxonomic and the concerns for future research are preliminarily discussed, which can provide a guidance for the research and production management of storage pests in China.

    To explore whether Th1 and Th2 cytokines play important roles in Listeria monocytogenes(LM)-induced mouse abortion,the pregnant mice and mouse macrophages were infected with LM. Embryo survival rates were calculated. Th1 and Th2 cytokine levels were analyzed in uterus and medium of mouse macrophages. Results showed that Th1 cytokine levels increased significantly in uterus of abortive mice induced by LM. Embryo survival rates and Th1 and Th2 cytokine levels showed no changes in uterus of mice infected by listeriolysin O(LLO)-deficient LM(Δ hly LM). Embryo survival rates were calculated. Th1 and Th2 cytokine levels were analyzed in uterus and medium of mouse macrophages. Results showed that Th1 cytokine levels increased significantly in uterus of abortive mice induced by LM. Embryo survival rates and Th1 and Th2 cytokine levels showed no changes in uterus of mice infected by listeriolysin O(LLO)-deficient LM(Δ hly LM).     Phytophthora infestans could produce some signal molecules which stimulated or induced Streptomyces microflavus Sy11 strain to produce anti-oomycetes substances when it was cultured against the S. microflavus Sy11 strain. In which, the most induction activity was found in co-cultured of P.infestans with Sy11 on solid rye medium, the colony diameter was 24.79 mm, but there were no significant differences comparing with other three culture modes. Analysis of free cell fermentation broth of P.infestans culture alone by different organic solvents showed that induction activity of crude lipid extracts or lipid-containing substances(colony diameter 32.8 mm)was much higher than that of polysaccharide crude extracts(colony diameter 61.5 mm)and protein crude extracts(colony diameter 60 mm). Futher experimental results indicated that the extraction effect of the ethyl acetate was better than that of ethanol and petroleum ether. The colony diameter of P.infestans was 35 mm after induction by the ethyl acetate extracts and the significant difference was found between ethyl acetate and ethanol extracts treatments. These findings suggested that P.infestans could produce some signal molecules which induce the anti-oomycetes of Sy11 strain in both individual culture and co-culture mode with Sy11, these signal molecules are lipid substances and easily extracted with ethyl acetate.

    Through the single factor test and the orthogonal test method, the optimal carbon and nitrogen source and the optimal formula for the fermentation of Auricularia auricula the mechanism of extracting the spike of cattail were studied. The fermentation broth was used to homogenize the fermentation broth for the best bacterial age, and was used to culture the test drosophila, and the drosophila life test was carried out to observe the effect on the life span of the drosophila. The results showed that the optimal fermentation formula was: glucose 3%, corn flour 3%, bean cake powder 2%, yeast extract 0.5%, potassium phosphate monobasic 0.1%, magnesium sulfate 0.1%; and when fermented to 120 h, the wet weight of mycelium reached the maximum value of 32.57 g. When 30% fermented mash was added to the drosophila basal medium, the half-life death rate, average life expectancy and maximum life-long life rate of drosophila were the highest, and they were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05)

    The collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is one of the most widely used algorithms in the personalized recommendation system, but it also faces problems such as data sparsity, cold start, and scalability. This paper mainly proposes an improved data filling method and similarity calculation method for the inaccurate recommendation effect caused by the data sparsity problem and the cold start problem. Firstly, the user is hierarchically clustered according to the user's scoring habits, and then the users basic information such as age is used to calculate the similarity between users, and the ratio of the common scoring items is used as the weight to obtain the user similarity. Finally, the Slope-one algorithm is used to calculate the padding values of the first K similar users, and the similarity weights are added to obtain the final padding value. When calculating similarity to find the nearest neighbor set,the basic attribute of the user is used as the similarity weight,and the Sigmoid function is introduced to add the impact of the timestamp on the similarity and obtain the final similarity calculation method The experimental results show that the recommendation accuracy is significantly improved, and at the same time the data sparsity problem and the cold start problem are improved.

    A terminal configuration optimization method based on the combination of depth-first search and genetic algorithm is proposed. This method uses each load point as the starting point to search the main circuit and sub-circuit in the distribution network with distribution terminals. The search simultaneously judges the influence of current faults on the reliability of power supply at load points and accumulates. By constructing the selection conditions of selection operators, the depth-first search can be carried out. The combination of reliability calculation method and genetic algorithm can solve the optimization problem of distribution terminals quickly, and can be easily programmed on computer. It can also solve the optimal terminal configuration of different distribution networks on the premise of modifying only the basic parameters of the network. The calculation example takes different average power supply availability as constraints, and analyses the terminal configuration scheme and economic benefits under different constraints, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

    Photovoltaic energy has been widely used for its energy regeneration and clean nature, and has broad development prospects. However, the health status during its operation directly affects the safety of power system operation, power quality and economy. According to the health status of the PV module, the condition evaluation model is established, and the weight vector model and the fuzzy relationship model of each level in the hierarchical index system are established. The fuzzy operation is performed to finally obtain the membership degree of the health status of the photovoltaic module. Case analysis shows that the method is feasible and effective.

    In order to enhance the performance of the general aviation logistics system which requires mach higher time efficiency, this paper designs and proposes a new variable population and pole search genetic algorithm(PSGA). By redesigning the traditional genetic algorithm(GA)in the logical structure, and innovatively designing and introducing a fitness factor, the algorithm efficiency of PSGA is made higher than that of traditional GA.Through two function optimization tests with different complexity,the efficiency of PSGA is made higher than that of GA for 35.35% and 43.50%. Finally, the practical application shows that the convergence efficiency of PSGA is higher than that of GA for 25 generations and the optimization accuracy is higher than that of GA for 1.46. The tests and application results show that PSGA algorithm has better effectiveness and applicability in the performance optimization of general aviation logistics system.
