    Water saving management contract(WSMC)is a kind of water saving investment model by which water costs saved in the future is used to pay for the cost of project renovation and shared with participants. In order to reasonally address the profit distribution problem of WSMC in the fixed investment and return model, this paper takes initial investment amount, contract period and excess water saving income distribution ratio as research objectives, based on Stackebergs master-slave game theory, four profit distribution models under the non-cooperative game between the water users and the water saving service companies are established; and through numerical examples the optimal equilibrium strategies of the four profit distribution models are analyzed. The results show that the water saving service company and the water users respectively achieve the maximum profit value in the case of the Stackelberg equilibrium when they are in the dominant position.     Mg14Ge5O24:Cr near-infrared(NIR)phosphors were synthesized by the high-temperature solid-phase method to achieve the coexistence of Cr3+ and Cr4+ valence luminescence. The crystalline phases of the samples were analyzed using XRD and GASA refinement software. The material has two luminescence centers, one from Cr3+ occupying the octahedral Ge4+ position with an emission band in the NIR I region and a half-peak width up to 256 nm, and the other from Cr4+ occupying the tetrahedral Ge4+ position with an emission band in the NIR II region and a half-peak width up to 266 nm. The luminescence properties of the material were analyzed by low-temperature spectra and lifetime decay curves. The modulation of Cr3+ and Cr4+ luminescence can be achieved by using Ga3+ instead of Ge4+. The addition of large radius Ga3+ ions generates new lattice sites, which affects the overall crystal field intensity, and a phosphor with more intense luminescence in the NIR I region is obtained.

    Aiming to understand the complex motion process of large dielectric particle in the DC discharge dusty plasma experiments, the electrical properties and charge of dielectric particle deep into the plasma sheath are studied by the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Results show that the electricity and the charge of large particle deep into the plasma sheath are completely different from that of the small particle suspended near the sheath boundary which were widely studied previously. When the distance between the particle and the electrode is less than 8.2 mm, the particle is positively charged. By modifying the calculation of ion charging current, the charge of particle with the radius of 250 μm is calculated to be about 5.2×106 e under the applied voltage of -280 V. This verifies previous experimental measurement results.

    Glutamic acid(Glu)was reacted with trivalent iron ions(Fe3+)to prepare glutamate iron chelate [Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)]. Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)was characterized by FT-IR, DSC, and TGA analysis. The Fe3+ content in Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)was determined by an indirect iodometric method and identified as an evaluation index for optimizing the preparation condition of Glu-Fe(Ⅲ). The effects of molar ratio of glutamic acid to iron, pH, time and temperature on the iron content of Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)were investigated by single factor method and Box-Benhnken design(BBD). The optimum preparation condition of Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)was Glu/Fe3+ molar ratio of 3∶5, pH 4.8, 50 ℃ and 3 h, and the iron content of Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)prepared under the optimized conditions was 19.91%. Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)could be a new iron and glutamic acid nutrient supplement.

    In order to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement in the determination of aflatoxin B1 in polygala tenuifolia willd by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),according to the national metrology technical specifications described in JJF1059.1—2012 “Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”, six samples were randomly selected, and the mathematical model was established to analyze uncertainty sources,quantify the uncertainty components, calculate synthetic uncertainty and extend uncertainty in terms of the dilution of standard solution, the weighing of the samples, the final volume of the samples and the repeatability of instrumental measurement.     This work is to explore the best preparation conditions of photoanode film materials in quantum dot sensitized solar cells(QDSSCs). P-type NiO nanoparticles are synthetized by one-step high temperature hydrothermal method, which is then screen printed on conductive glass to form NiO films. NiO films can be used as photocathode for quantum dot sensitized solar cells. Combine with Cu2S counter electrode, solar cells are assembled. NiO photocathode films with different film thicknesses were studied and tested repeatedly. The results show that the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency is achieved when the film thickness of NiO film material is 21 μm.

    In order to study the effects of ALDH2 gene knockout on the development of male mice, the effects of ALDH2 gene knockout on male mice were studied by analyzing the organ mass fraction of liver, kidney and testis, histomorphology, tissue antioxidant capacity and total litter size of mice at different weeks of age. The results showed that the cords of hepatocytes of Knockout type(KO)mice at 7 and 10 weeks of age were disordered. At 10 weeks of age, the number of multinucleated hepatocytes, and the black deposits in hepatocytes increased significantly. The kidneys of KO mice at 7 and 10 weeks of age showed obvious interstitial edema. In 7 and 10 weeks of aged mice, the sequence of late spermatogenic cells and spermatogenic cells in testicular seminiferous tubules were disordered. The total antioxidant capacity of liver and kidney in 10 weeks of age KO mice and the total antioxidant capacity of testis in 3 and 5 weeks of age KO mice were significantly lower than that of wild-type(WT)mice. The total number of pups in KO group was significantly less than that of WT mice.     To investigate the anti-tumor and immune function of compound Taisui oral liquid,(CTOL)in vivo and in vitro, the cytotoxic effects of different doses of CTOL on SGC7901 cells and Hela cells were detected in vitro. The inhibitory effect of CTOL in different concentrations on tumor cells proliferation was detected by MTT assay. S180 tumor-bearing mice were divided into six groups randomly, which are, model group, CTX group, low-dose of CTOL group, high-dose of CTOL group, low-dose of CTOL + CTX group and high-dose of CTOL + CTX group. The tumor inhibition rate and spleen index were calculated and IL-2 and IFN-γ of serum were measured by ELISA. The proliferation of SGC7901 and Hela cells were inhibited by different concentrations of CTOL, and the cytotoxic effect of CTOL on different tumor cells was dose-dependent. The tumor weight of each experimental group was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05), and the tumor inhibition rate of the high-dose of CTOL + CTX group was the highest(70.90%). The spleen index, IL-2 and IFN-γ levels in low-dose and high-dose of CTOL + CTX groups were significantly higher than those in the CTX group(P<0.05). CTOL can inhibit the growth of tumors in vitro and in vivo, promote the secretion of IL-2 and IFN-γ and has protective effect on the damage to spleen caused by CTX in tumor-bearing mice.

    In order to find compounds with new structures and significant pharmacological effects, three compounds 1, 2 and 3 were isolated and identified from the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungus Fusarium equiseti from Harmonia axyridis by modern isolation methods. Among them, compounds 1(equisetin)and 2(epi-equisetin)are a pair of epiisomers, and 3(6-methoxy-droperylene)belongs to steroids. In vitro protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B(PTP1B)inhibitory activity test showed that compounds 1 and 2 had certain inhibitory activity on PTP1B, and IC50 values were(8.73 ± 0.03),(12.88 ± 0.16)μg/mL. It provides potential drug lead compounds for the development of new PTP1B inhibitors.

    A controller synthesis method based on integer linear programming is proposed to solve the forbidden state problem of discrete event systems with both unobservable and uncontrollable events. Firstly, according to the structural characteristics of Petri net, a set of linear constraints for all unobservable transitions and uncontrollable transitions are constructed, and the given constraints were abstracted into integer linear programming problems. Secondly, the allowable linear constraint is obtained by resolving the integer linear programming problem. Finally, the controller is designed based on library invariants and the transformed allowable linear constraints are integrated into Petri net.     In order to solve the problems of small detection range, complex detection process and susceptiblility to interference, a new detection method of construction tower crane is proposed by using DSOD(deeply supervised object detector)algorithm without model pre training. Firstly, a large number of clear tower crane images are collected from the construction site by camera to establish the data sets, and then the DSOD model is trained repeatedly to achieve the ideal convergence effect. Finally, the performance of this model is evaluated under different conditions(shooting angle, shooting distance and occlusion degree), and it is compared with the previous detection methods. The experimental results show that DSOD does have obvious advantages in detection accuracy and detection speed, and under the conditions of “front shooting”, “medium distance shooting” and “shielding degree less than 50%”, the precision and recall rate of tower crane detection can reach more than 90%, which provides a new idea for construction managers to solve practical problems of the project.

    Object detection based on deep learning has been widely studied in many fields such as transportation and military, and has achieved remarkable results. In order to further study its usability in medical image diagnosis, two classical models of object detection algorithms, SSD and Faster RCNN, are proposed to appliy to the lesion detection of lung cancer pathological images. The experimental comparison shows that the average processing time of Faster RCNN is about 4.6 times longer than that of SSD, but the recognition accuracy and precision are higher than that of SSD, and the model performance of Faster RCNN is much better. The research results show that the object detection algorithm can realize the intelligent diagnosis of lung cancer pathological images and improve the diagnosis rate of lung cancer.

    In order to further improve the coverage of wireless sensor networks(WSNs)and reduce the number of mobile deployment iterations, this work improves the virtual force between sensors and the virtual force algorithm of Tyson polygon vertices. In view of the discontinuity of the mathematical model of the existing virtual force algorithm, Hookes Law is used heve as the model, so that the virtual force on the sensor is linearly related to the distance. When the distance between sensors is greater than 2RS, virtual force is applied to the nearest sensor node by using the uncovered vertices of Tyson polygons. At the same time, this algorithm lets the step size of the virtual force determine the movement step size of the sensor. The simulation results show that this algorithm can increase the coverage from 93.5% to 99.7%, and reduce the number of iterations to less than 25%. The algorithm in this paper plays an active role in the coverage research of homogeneous wireless sensor networks.
