    Fault diagnosis of rolling bearing based on improved Autogram

    To address the problem of inaccurate selection of demodulation frequency band and difficulty in fault diagnosis that may arise when using the unbiased autocorrelation kurtosis index, the square envelope negentropy is introduced into Autogram, and an improved Autogram method using square envelope negentropy index is proposed to select the optimal demodulation frequency band. The square envelope negentropy is less affected by noise and can measure the impact of period signal. Firstly, the bearing vibration signal is decomposed into different frequency bands by maximum overlapping discrete wavelet packet transform. Then the square envelope negentropy of each frequency band is calculated, and the optimal frequency band which has the maximum square envelope negentropy value is selected. Finally, the bearing fault type is diagnosed by analyzing the square envelope spectrum of the optimal demodulation frequency band.     Aiming at the problem that the fault vibration mechanism of rotor inter-turn short circuit in doubly-fed induction generator is not clear, and it cannot provide a theoretical basis for fault diagnosis, the vibration characteristics of rotor inter-turn short circuit in doubly-fed induction generator are analyzed. Firstly, combined with finite element simulation and analytical derivation, the air gap magnetic density law of doubly-fed induction generator under rotor inter-turn short circuit is analyzed, and the unbalanced magnetic tension force of the rotor is obtained. Secondly, a nonlinear dynamic model of the rotor-bearing system of doubly-fed induction generator considering the rotor unbalanced magnetic tension is constructed, and the vibration simulation signal of the system under rotor inter-turn short circuit is obtained by using the nonlinear dynamic simulation. Finally, the rotor inter-turn short circuit experiment is carried out on the doubly-fed induction generator fault simulation bench, and the validity of the nonlinear dynamic simulation results is verified by experimental analysis.     To solve the problem that insulated gate bipolar transistor wiring fault of photovoltaic inverters are difficult to be found and are easily to be ignored, and the existing diagnostic methods are slow and have low recognition rate, a feature extraction strategy based on voltage mean is proposed, and the kernel extreme learning machine(KELM)is optimized using improved loin swarm optimization(ILSO)to achieve fault diagnosis of IGBTs. Firstly, the effect of the Concordia transformation of the three-phase voltage in each state of the inverter is analyzed to obtain a two-dimensional vector that clearly characterizes the fault, and the separability of the wiring fault is verified by a two-dimensional scatter plot. Secondly, the parameters of KELM are optimized by the LSO of Sine chaotic mapping to establish the diagnostic model. Finally, the Z-source inverter is taken as an example for verification. The results show that the proposed method can extract two-dimensional fault features containing rich fault information for IGBT wiring faults of inverters, which greatly simplifies the process of feature extraction. Moreover, the proposed method is suitable for single and double device fault types. Compared with other methods, the proposed method is faster and has higher fault recognition rate.

    Patterns are regular structures existed extensively in gas discharge system, which are formed by a series of complex interactions between discharge filaments. Using a specially-designed double gap dielectric barrier discharge device with argon used as the working gas, a dark spots pattern, a -like pattern and a #-like pattern with C4v symmetry are obtained in this paper. The discharge characteristics of the patterns have been characterized by electrical and optical methods, and their spatiotemporal relevance are studied. The results show that the dark spots pattern is composed of the three parts: the central dark spot, the bright ring, the outer small dark spots on the background of the uniform discharge area. Moreover, the -like pattern and the #-like pattern are composed of five different transient sublattices: the central spot, the side spot, the diagonal vertex, the vertical line and the diagonal line. These results have certain reference value for the in-depth study of the patterns generated by dielectric barrier discharge, and can improve the understanding of more complex patterns in other fields.

    Using the hyper completeness of the coherent states space, the truncation problem of the infinite dimensional photon number can be effectively avoided, and the rigorous solutions can be obtained in the finite coherent state space. In this paper, the exact solution of the Dicke-Stark model in the coherent state space are achieved, and then the quantum phase transition and time evolution dynamics of the model are discussed. By calculating the average number of photons and average angular momentum of the ground state of the Dicke-Stark model, the phenomenon of quantum phase transition was reproduced, and the critical point of quantum phase transition would shift with the nonlinear Stark interaction. By calculating the phase diagrams of the average photon number and average angular momentum of the Dicke-Stark model with respect to coupling strength and time evolution, the time evolution dynamics of the Dicke-Stark model were presented, the results are helpful to investigate the dynamics of the finite size quantum Dicke-Stark model.

    Thiazole is a five-membered sulfur-containing and nitrogen heterocyclic compound, which has become one of the widely used chemical frameworks in the field of medicinal chemistry due to its special structure and electronic properties and a variety of biological activities. In the past few decades, thiazole and its derivatives have shown great potential in anti-Alzheimers research, and the chemical structure and design strategy of its derivatives are closely related to anti-Alzheimers activity. Starting from the potential targets of Alzheimers disease, this article reviewed the design strategies and structure-activity research progress of thiazole derivatives with anti-Alzheimers activity in recent years based on acetylcholinesterase dominated single-target or multi-target strategies.

    Drug combination therapy can significantly make up for the deficiency of single drug use and accelerate the development of new treatment options for the treatment of complex diseases.Curcumin is a 1,3-diketone compound with a variety of pharmacological effects, and its anti-tumor effect has received extensive attention. Curcumin can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and induce apoptosis of tumor cells. It has the characteristics of low toxicity and good tolerance. The study found that the combination of curcumin and clinical anti-tumor drugs has a certain synergistic effect, which can effectively inhibit the growth of cancer cells, decrease the toxic and side effects of drugs, reduce the dosage of drugs, and achieve the effect of synergistic attenuation. In this paper, the effects and possible mechanisms of the combined application of curcumin and anti-tumor drugs were summarized at the level of cells and experimental animals.

    In order to effectively improve the prevention and the ability of controlling invasive alien species in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and ensure regional biosecurity, the high-risk source countries of invasive alien species in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were determined based on the two major factors of climate environment and economic activities, and the potential high-risk invasive alien species in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were identified according to the distribution information of dangerous invasive species published by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. The results showed that there were 5 high-risk sources of invasive alien species in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, namely, the United States, Germany, Russia, Italy and Canada. Among them, the high-risk source countries of invasive alien species in Beijing were the United States, Germany and Russia, and the high-risk source countries of invasive alien species in Tianjin were the United States, Italy and Russia.     A new record species of the genus Scolytus Geoffro, Scolytus pubescens Stark, collected from Shandong Province and Heilongjiang Province is reported for the first time, and descriptions and pictures of morphological characteristics, hosts and distributions are provided. According to the morphological characteristics of the genus, a key to Chinese species is given. The specimen materials are deposited in the Department of Plant Protection, School of Agricultural Sciences, Jiangxi Agricultural University.
    Application of ceramic ultrafiltration membrane in the extraction of 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan from fermentation broth

    In order to improve the extraction and separation efficiency of 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan(5-HTP)and reduce energy consumption and pollution emission, ceramic ultrafiltration membrane was selected to extract 5-HTP from fermentation broth. Firstly, the suitable membrane pore size of 10 nm was selected, and then the three optimum process parameters for the separation and extraction of 5-HTP by ceramic ultrafiltration membrane were further optimized: pH value of fermentation solution is 3.5, transmembrane pressure is 0.75 MPa, and transmembrane temperature is 35 ℃. Ltd., Baoding 072152, China)Abstract: In order to improve the extraction and separation efficiency of 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan(5-HTP)and reduce energy consumption and pollution emission, ceramic ultrafiltration membrane was selected to extract 5-HTP from fermentation broth. Firstly, the suitable membrane pore size of 10 nm was selected, and then the three optimum process parameters for the separation and extraction of 5-HTP by ceramic ultrafiltration membrane were further optimized: pH value of fermentation solution is 3.5, transmembrane pressure is 0.75 MPa, and transmembrane temperature is 35 ℃. The toxic effects of MPs on aquatic organisms were also reviewed: MPs could cause physical damage to the digestive tract of aquatic organisms during ingestion, while the ingestion of MPs could increase satiety and affect the digestion and absorption of food by aquatic organisms; the ingestion of MPs could also alter the composition and diversity of microbial communities in the gut of aquatic organisms; MPs exposure could cause genetic alterations in aquatic organisms. The effects of MPs on the digestive system and the disruption of gut microbial homeostasis may be one of the causes of genetic alterations related to lipid and energy metabolism in organisms; the physical damage to the digestive tract and the accumulation and spread of MPs in organisms may be the main cause of oxidative stress and immune responses.     Image noise reduces the signal-to-noise ratio and quality of image, and denoising is one of the important steps in image processing. In this paper, an image median filtering parallel fast denoising filtering algorithm based on Open Computing Language(OpenCL)is proposed. The architecture characteristics of OpenCL and median filtering processing flow are introduced. According to the concurrent structure characteristics of Graphics Processing Unit(GPU), the image median filtering function module is optimized in parallel, and the complexity of the algorithm is reduced. By fully activating the work-groups and work-items in the workspace to improve the efficiency of data access, optimize the configuration parameters of the kernel work-group, the parallel processing of the median filter is realized.     The mixed-order heterogeneous multi-agent systems are composed of a static leader and a first-order, second-order and third-order integrator follower. Firstly, under the condition of undirected and directed communication networks, the consistency protocols are proposed by using the method of designing linear filters. Secondly, the feasibility of the protocol is proved based on Lyapunov direct method, Russell invariant set principle and matrix theory. Finally, the validity of the conclusions is verified by two simulation examples.
