Detection of erythritol based on inhibition of luminol-artemisinin chemiluminescence

摘要: 在血红素的催化作用下,青蒿素可以氧化鲁米诺使其发光.赤藓糖醇对体系的发光强度具有显著的抑制作用,且发光信号的降低值ΔI与赤藓糖醇的质量浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,基于此建立了一种化学发光测定赤藓糖醇的新方法.在最佳实验条件下,方法的线性为0.028~2.0 mg/mL(R2=0.997 8),方法的检出限为1.6×10-2 mg/mL,对0.50 mg/mL的赤藓糖醇连续测定11次,其相对标准偏差为3.2%.并应用于实际样品中赤藓糖醇含量的测定,效果较好.

Abstract: Under the catalytic action of hemin, artemisinin can oxidize luminol to produce luminescence. Erythritol has a significant inhibitory effect on the luminous intensity of the system, and the decreased value of light signal has a linear relationship with the erythritol’s concentration. Based on this principle, a new method to measure erythritol was developed. Under optimum test condition, the linear range of this method is 0.028~2.0 mg/mL(R2 =0.997 8), and the detection limit of this method is 1.6×10-2 mg/mL. The standard deviation is 3.2% after measuring 0.50 mg/mL erythritol eleven times continuously.
