    The main purpose of this paper is to investigate a class of genetic regulator model which was described by ordinary differential equations using center manifold theory and normal form theorem. Some sufficient conditions which guarantee the local stability and Hopf bifurcation are obtained,and some numerical simulation for justifying the theoretical results is also provided.

    The uniform index of arbitrary distribution function was first defined, then the axioms of ‘uniform index independence’ and proposition of ‘uniform distribution is the most uniform’ were put forward. The similarity between uniform index and entropy was clearly illustrated, and the inner mechanism of interpreting chaos with uniform index was revealed thereby. According to the independence axiom, k step expectation uniform index does exist, and can be estimated by k step average uniform index. As the arbitrary distribution function F can be regarded as a transformation of uniform distribution by F-1, numerical calculation indicates the the nonlinear degree of distribution function is the direct cause for k step average uniform index reduction. Entropy is a varable to describe the uncertainty of distribution, meanwhile, it also describes the disperse degree of samples, which means the degree of uniformity and vice versa. Certainty of distribution signifies the concentration degree of samples, which also implies the non-uniformity and vice versa. This is the common ground of entropy and uniform index. In ecology, the fact of most structures are clustering is caused by the nonlinear transformation existing in the nature.

    To calculate the dimension of grap of function, the minimum boxes can be replaced by the variation of fractal interpolation function, and the box-dimension formula can be proved from another angle.Based on the study of the properties of variation of bivariate continuous function,the variation of recurrent fractal interpolation function is estimated on the rectangular domain,which provides a new method to study dimension of recurrent fractal graph.

    A new-type of device that use dielectric barrier diasharge to generate plasma for surface treatment is designed.It is driven by an ac alternating(urrent)power supply,and a large number of plasma is produced due to four or even more times diasharge per half cycle of the driven voltage.In addition,the device generats plasma at the place that is close to the materials which need to be processed and has a high use ratio of plasma,thus showing great promise in industrial application.

    A structure of zero-index metamaterial composed of two anti-symmetrical U-shaped metal via holes and strip wires is proposed.The retrieved results indicate that the effective permittivity and permeability of the proposed structure is close to 0 at the frequency of 7.63 GHz when normal linearly polarized wave is incident directly,and the experimental results coincide with the simulation results.At the same time,by changing the via holes spacing and the feet length of U-shaped metal,we analyze the characteristics of the zero refractive index to study the adjustment of the frequency responses of zero refractive index point.We find that the response frequency of the zero refractive index will be changed by adjusting the geometric parameters of unit cell.The adjustable U-shaped zero-index material is simple and can be easily fabricated which can be utilized conveniently in the fields of microwave devices.

    The La modified Ni-La@mSiO2 core-shell catalyst was prepared by hydration hydrazine reduction and Stöber method.The catalytic performance of the as-prepared catalyst was tested by hydrogenation of benzophenone to benzhydrol.BET,XRD and TEM were used to investigate the structure characteristics of the catalyst.The influence of the reaction time on the selective hydrogenation of benzophenone over Ni-La@mSiO2 were investigated and optimized.The conversion of benzophenone and selectivity of benzhydrol were both over 90%,while the hydrogen pressure was 2.5 MPa,the reaction temperature was 120 ℃ and the reaction time was 120 min.Furthermore,there was no significant decline of the catalyst when it was recycled for five runs,indicating the good stability of this catalyst.

    In order to improve the accuracy of identification method of geographical origin,the contents of 10 elements in 69 Ziziphus jujubas were measured,and the data were analyzed by difference analysis,principal component analysis(PCA)and soft independent modeling of class analogies(SIMCA).The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of Mg,B,Mn,Fe,Zn and other elements from different origin places.The result of PCA showed that the samples from different origins had clustering trend.In the first four principal components,the Fe,B,Mn,Zn and K elements had higher loading values,they were considered important origin elements.In the SICMA,with the 5% significance level,the identified result was best with 100% recognition rate and 78.95% rejection rate.This study confirmed that multi-element analysis with SICMA is on effective method to determine geographical origin of agricultural products.

    Haze weather is a serious threat to the peoples’ health in today’s China.As people tend to stay indoor during haze weather,the indoor air quality thus becomes a topic of great interest.In this study,we explore to use FTIR spectroscopy to investigate the chemical composition of indoor dust collected during haze weather.We collected indoor dust samples during haze weather in the city of Baoding which is the most air polluted city in China.Through IR spectral analysis,we get a general view towards the chemical composition of indoor dust.We found indoor dust contains inorganic and organic components.Inorganic components include sulfate,nitrate,phosphate,and ammonium salts;while organic components include proteins.We believe our findings are beneficial to a better understanding of the impact of haze weather on human health.

    A 17-run Box-Behnken design was used to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from maca via ultrasonic-assisted aqueous two-phase method.Three factors,namely,extraction temperature,extraction time,and solid-liquid ratio were investigated.The experimental data were fitted to a second-order polynomial equation through multiple regression analysis and examined with the appropriate statistical methods.The adjusted coefficient of determination(R2Adj)for the model was 0.815 3,and the probability value(P<0.000 1)demonstrated a high significance for the regression model.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature of 60 ℃,extraction time of 52 min,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20.Under these conditions,the mean extraction yield of maca polysaccharides was 15.732%,which was in good agreement with the predicted value of 15.831%.Box-Behnken response surface method is used to optimize extraction of polysaccharides from maca via ultrasonic-assisted aqueous two-phase method,the optimized conditions are feasible,the model predition is good.

    A series of 2-aryl-1,3-benzoxathiin-4-ones were synthesized by aromatic aldehyde and thiosalicylic acid under microwave irradiation for 5 min.The reaction is fast,simple and has high yield.The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by IR,NMR,MS spectra and elemental analysis.Antibacterial(Escherichia coli and Dysentery bacillus)activities of the compounds against Escherichia coli and Dysentery bacillus were evaluated.The results showed that 2-aryl-1,3-benzoxathiin-4-ones had good antibacterial activity.

    The gene mpaA from Escherichia coli O157 was inserted into pET-21b(+)vector using molecular cloning method.The recombinant protein MpaA was overexpressed in E.coli BL21(DE3)competent cells,and purified to homogeneity sequentially via a three-step protocol consisting of Ni-chelating affinity column,ion-exchange column and size-exclusion column chromatography.Crystallization search and optimization for MpaA were carried out using the sitting-drop vapour-diffusion method.The MpaA crystal diffracted to 0.26 nm resolution and belonged to the space group P31,with unit-cell parameters a=5.989 3 nm,b=5.989 3 nm,c=12.987 0 nm and β=90.000 °.Preliminary crystallographic analysis builds up a good foundation for the structural determination and catalytic mechanism of MpaA.

    Corn thick mash was used as main nitrogen source to produce Nisin.Firsty,the fermentation media were optimized by single factor experiment.The results indicated that the growth of Lactococcus lactis was obviously enhanced by adding sucrose,yeast extract and K2HPO4 to thick mash.As the starting strain,the strain was further treated by atmospheric and room temperature plasmas and quickly selected using 24 well culture plate.At a survival rate of 5%,the positive mutation rate of the Lactococcus lactis was found to be 26.2% evaluated by the comparison with the starting strain.The results from shake flask culture further confirmed that a positive mutant strains could produce 6 520 IU/mL Nisin.

    Attribute set encryption mechanism relies on an authorization center to generate key,which may easily become a system security bottleneck problem.So an authorization set encryption mechanism based on multiple attribute authorized institution is proposed.It can improve the security of the secret key.The authorization center consists of many attribute authorized institutions.To increase attack difficulty,many AA participate the complete key calculation.Each AA is responsible for managing some of the attributes set.In this paper,file encryption,key calculation and file decryption have been analyzed in cloud environ- ment.Data encryption mechanism has been efficiently designed under the cloud storage environment.The safety and overhead problems in the mechanism are also considered.Experiments indicated that the proposed method is effective.

    It is difficult to acquire the growth information of the crops in the far field.A growth monitoring system for the field crops was designed to solve the problem.The designed system adopted a hybrid architecture which combined the B/S and C/S access mode.It made use of various techniques including ActiveMQ message server and AJAX.The crop growth information can be obtained at fixed time or in real time,and can be presented in multiple ways.The system function can also be deployed dynamically.The results indicate that the presented system was comprehensive,consistent and workable,and it can satisfy all requirements of information acquisition from the filed crops.

    In order to improve the accuracy of recommendation algorithm,one personalized recommendation algorithm based on conditional relative average entropy is presented.First of all,through weighted CNM algorithm we construct complex network and excavate the network’s community structure. The result is regarded as the uncertain recommendation domain. Further more,conditional mutual information and conditional relative average entropy are used to determine the effective node ordering as input of K2 algorithm,which can improve the accuracy of Bayesian network construction,and then learn Bayesian network by K2 algorithm and analyze the consumer characteristics. We use the relationship between the commodity and the consumer characteristics to confirm the recommendation domain.Finally,the empirical analysis of the actual data of the telecom operators is carried out to verify the validity of the above algorithm.

    A virtual simulation system which is combines electrical control and virtual reality technology is proposed.The system’s monitoring,debugging and staff training for visual simulation process of industrial control applications are realized.The control program obtained by software of Rockwell is running on PLC.3D virtual simulation model of the automatic assembly system of manipulator is structured by the RSTestStand.To reduce mechanical arm joint motion and force effectively,acceleration and speed reduction of the manipulator movement and optimization of the speed using cosine timing scheme in uniform conversion were performed.The experimental verification of motion visual effect and real-time monitoring curve on the object of virtual simulation is achieved.
