    A set of approximate analysis formulas of pile-soil system in rigid pile composite foundations is derived. The element-free method is used to simulate the raft on the composite foundations, and the finite element method to solve the cushion. A computation method of raft foundation on variable stiffness rigid pile composite foundations is established by coupled the pile-soil system and the cushion as well as the raft, based on the displacement continuity. The reasonability and reliability of the proposed method are showed by the results of a large-scale model experiment.

    Set-valued fuzzy Choquet integral is an important generalization of Choquet integral, set-valued Choquet integral and fuzzy Choquet integral. In this paper some properties of set-valued fuzzy Choquet integral are further discussed, and some imprecision in Zhang Feng-shuang generalized properties of set-valued fuzzy choquet integrals are revised.

    An iterative scheme is studied by using the hybrid methods for finding common elements of the solutions of the equilibrium problems and the fixed points of an asymptotically nonexpansive mapping in Hilbert spaces. The proposed scheme converges strongly to a common solution of the solutions of the equilibrium problems and the fixed points of an asymptotically mapping. The results presented in this paper extend and generalize the recent results.

    Ni-Al films with different thicknesses used as the bottom electrode layers are prepared on Si(100) at room temperature by magnetron sputtering method, and P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer film is prepared by direct dripping method, which is followed by an annealing process to further obtain Al/ P(VDF-TrFE)/Ni-Al/Si ferroelectric capacitor heterostructures through a shadow mask. Various techniques, such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), ferroelectric tester (Precision LC unit) have been employed to characterize the microstructure and ferroelectric properties of the ferroelectric capacitors. It is found that thickness of Ni-Al film have a large effect on leakage current of P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer film. When the thickness of Ni-Al film is 36 nm, leakage current density of P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer film is 2.09×10~(-5) A/cm~2. Leakage current mechanism of the Al/ P(VDF-TrFE)/Ni-Al/Si ferroelectric capacitor is further investigated, it is found that Al/ P(VDF-TrFE)/Ni-Al/Si corresponds to Ohmic conduction behavior at low electric field and Schottky emission at higher electric field.

    Dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is widely used in industrial applications, such as materials synthesis, surface treatments and pollution control. In order to optimize this kind of plasma for industry applications, it is necessary to know the plasma parameters, such as gas temperature, electron density, and electron excited temperature. The emission spectrum of the 1st negative band system of N_2~+(B~2∑_u~+→X~2∑_g~+)(0, 0) has been analyzed by means of diagrammatic view of Boltzmann, and the rotational temperatures (the gas temperatures) of DBD plasma have been measured. The effects of argon contents in discharge gas and gas pressures on gas temperature are studied by changing the experimental conditions. It shows that the gas temperature increases with the increasing gas pressure in the range from 490 K to 550 K, while it is almost independent upon the argon content.

    The effect of the type reflective material, high-temperature modification, size and mass fraction as well as insulation filler on the properties of paint was tested and analyzed. Anti-heat paint with three kinds of component was developed. The data showed that the total refection ratio and the total emission of this material are 0.88 and 0.92,respectively. Simulated experiment verified that the temperature reduced by 6-8 degrees. It has a wide range of practical prospects in the fields of architecture and petrochemical industry.

    Using the detect technology of the ultraweak photon emission, the esophageal carcinoma ultraweak photon emission is measured.The relationship between the intensity of biophoton and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) were acquired. The result shows that: biothotonic intensity of esophageal carcinoma is effected by the different cells density; The abnormalchange of PCNA and ultraweak photon emission play an important role in the development of esophageal carcinoma.

    With diphenylamine -4- sulfonic acid sodium (DPASA) as referenced compound, its adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics characteristics on expanded graphite (EG) were investigated. The influence of initial mass concentrations of DPASA, temperatures, pH, ionic strengths and adsorbent expanded volumes (EV) on the adsorption capacity was studied. Kinetic studies show that the kinetic data are well described by the pseudo second-order kinetic model. Under the tested condition, the activation energy of adsorption process is among 1-10 kJ/mol. The adsorption thermodynamics results indicate that the adsorption types of DPASA on EG is type II. Equilibrium adsorption amount was found to increase with the increase in initial mass concentrations of DPASA, ionic strengths and EV of the adsorbent, while temperature and solution acidity do not have an obvious effect. Physical adsorption is the major factor of the overall adsorption process.

    In order to degrade the agricultural chemicals waste water. This experiment is based on mixed crystal nano-TiO_2 emulsion as a catalyst and the sunlight as the photo source to degrada the pesticide wastewater. The influence of many parameters such as initial pH, catalyst loading, and initial pesticide mass concentration were also discussed. The plot ln(ρ_0/ρ) to irradiation time was linear, suggesting first order reaction (K=0.014 35 min~(-1)).

    A series of 2-aminothiazoles, 2-methylthiazoles were synthesized by the reaction of phenacyl halides, thioura or thioacetamide under solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions. The reactions were completed within 5-15 min giving the yields of 85%-98%, and the amount of thioura or thioacetamide was reduced to equivalent mole. The procedure offers several advantages including milder reaction conditions, easier work-up, shorter reaction time, and higher yields.

    Daidzein solid dispersion was prepared with polyethylene glycol. The in vitro dissolution rates of different daidzein solid dispersions were measured by UV-VIS method to evaluate the effects of molecular weights, drug to polyethylene glycol ratios, and preparation methods on the dissolution rate of daidzein. The results showed that dissolution rates of daidzein were promoted with the increasing of polyethylene glycol molecular weights, and the polyethylene glycol to drug weight ratios. Preparation methods had little effect on the dissolution rates of daidzein solid dispersion.

    Nonfluorescent spiramycin can be oxidized into fluorescent substance with concentrated sulfuric acid. When the synchronous fluorescence spectra are scanned from 400 nm to 600 nm at the emission and excition wavelength difference of 25 nm, the maximum fluorescence intensity can be measured at 494 nm. A new assay is developed to determine spiramycin residue based on the principle. Under the optimum condition, linear dynamic range is 0.02-4 mg/L; detection limit is 0.33 μg/kg; the recoveries of spiked sample is between 100.31% and 107.78%. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of spiramycin residue in pork.

    A new method for effective separation and simultaneous determination of ciprofloxacin and ribavirin in ciprofloxacin injection by capillary electrophoresis was established for compatibility of the use of ciprofloxacin and ribavirin.Sampling for 8 s at 5 kPa and 20 ℃,separation by capillary electrophoretic method at 18 kV using a mixture consisted of 6×10~(-2) mol/L Na2B4O7 as running buffer,detect ciprofloxacin at wavelength 275 nm and detect ribavirin at wavelength 207 nm by using a diode-array detector. The linearity of ciprofloxacin and ribavirin is satisfactory in the range of 5-100 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9.The recoveries were in the range of 97.2%-110%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 2%. The intra-and inter-precisions (RSD) were less than 3% and 4%, respectively.

    To investigate the antioxidation activities of earthworm lyophilized powder,the 60 mice were randomly divided into five groups, the mice in normal group were fed with standard feeds,the mice in hyperlipidemic group were fed with high-level lipid feeds,and the other three experimemtal groups were fed with high-level lipid feeds while being treated with earthworm lyophilized powder at dosages of 0.6 g/kg,0.4 g/kg,0.2 g/kg respectively.Malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum were measured. In vitro a phloroglucinol system was used to produce superoxide anions(O~-_2) and H_2O_2 system was used to generate hydroxyl free radicals(OH~-),the clearing effects of different concentration of earthworm lyophilized powder supernatant fluid on free radicals were measured. The results indicated earthworm lyophilized powder supernatant fluid decreased the level of MDA and SOD in serum effectivly. 0.06 g/mL of earthworm lyophilized powder has 23.9% clearing rate on superoxide anions and has 94.6% suppression ratio on hydroxyl free radicals.

    In order to aquire the stable and more effective control for potato late blight, three actinomyces strains which had significant inhibitive function on the growth of Phytophthora infestans, isolated from soil were studied to evaluate their mixed fermentation condition. There were no obvious antagonistic among the three actinomyces strains, and the best ferment combination mode was that NB8 was inoculated at first, NB11 and NB12 was inoculated 2 days later. The inhibitory rate reached 97.7%, and higher than that of any single fermentation. The inhibitory activity was the highest at natural pH and 28 ℃. The complex fermentation liquor had obvious inhibition on the pathogen, making them deformed and the sporangium breakaged abnormly.

    The effects of LaCl_3 and GdCl_3 on primary mouse immune cells in vitro were studied. The results indicated that GdCl_3(0.001-10 μmol/L) promoted the proliferation of the spleen cells. LaCl_3 had no effect on proliferation of the spleen cells at the concentrations of 1 and 10 μmol/L, but promoted the proliferation of the spleen cells at other concentrations. LaCl_3(0.001, 0.01, 1, and 10 μmol/L) promoted the proliferation of T lymphoid cells stimulated by concanavalin A (ConA). GdCl_3 inhibited the proliferation of T lymphoid cells stimulated by ConA at concentration of 0.001 μmol/L, had no effect on the proliferation of T lymphoid cells at the concentrations of 0.01, 0.1 and 1 μmol/L, but turned to promote the proliferation of T lymphoid cells at the concentration of 10 μmol/L. LaCl_3 and GdCl_3 inhibited the proliferation of B lymphoid cells stimulated by lipopolysaccharides (LPS) at the concentration of 0.1 μmol/L, but they promoted the proliferation of B lymphoid cells at other concentrations. For 4 h, LaCl_3 had no effect on NK cell activity at the concentration of 0.001 μmol/L, but promoted NK cell activity at other concentrations. GdCl_3(0.001, 0.01, 0.1,1, and 10 μmol/L) promoted NK cell activity. For 8 h, LaCl_3 inhibited NK cell activity at the concentrations of 0.001 and 0.01 μmol/L, promoted NK cell activity at the concentrations of 0.1 and 1 μmol/L, but had no effects on NK cell activity at the concentrations of 10 μmol/L. GdCl_3 inhibited NK cell activity at the concentration of 1 μmol/L, but it promoted NK cell activity at other concentrations. The results suggest that the effects of LaCl_3 and GdCl_3 on primary immune cells in vitro depend on time, concentration and their species.

    The sequence coding mature peptide of anti-lipopolysaccharide factor(ALFFc)was cloned from Chinese shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis, and a prokaryotic expression vector pET-DsbA-ALFFc was constructed by PCR and recombinant DNA techniques. A high-productivity colony of transformed E. coli BL21(DE3) was obtained by IPTG screening method. The optimal conditions for the introduction of the fused protein were investigated, which are described as follows: final IPTG concentration is 0.8 mmol/L, initial OD_(600) is 0.7, and introduction is conducted at 37 ℃ for 3 h. The purified recombinant protein DsbA-ALFFc was used as antigen to prepare antiserum in New Zealand white rabbit, which provides the basis for further functional analysis of ALFFc.

    Thiania abdominalis Zabka, 1985, a new record of jumping spider from Hainan, China is reported in the present paper, and its female is described and figured for the first time. In addition, the diagnosis of genus Thiania is also given. Specimens are deposited in the Museum of Hebei University. All measurements are given in millimeters (mm).

    A method of improved feature extraction based on synonymous was proposed. The method collected synonyms in the text as a set, adjustment the weights of synonyms in the set and related words based on TF-IDF,and combined synonyms through the similarity.The experimental results display that the new method improves the accuracy of feature extraction.

    Proposed a multisensor data fusion technology, which is based on neural network and fuzzy reasoning technologies and field bus, It thoroughly abstracts the data fusion technology. The results of imitated really input information confirmed that the multisensor data fusion technology is used BP neural network and fuzzy reasoning can accurately forecast fire, effectivly lower false alarm rate, and it reached the expected good results.

    To make use of deep web resource effectively, Deep Web data integration has become one of the hot-spot in current study. It is the basis and crucial to integrate deep web data that whether or not discovery deep web sites efficiently. In this case, we present a deep web interface discovery method, which includes to deterimine the query terms based on domain knowledge and to discovery deep web interfaces with heuristic rules. The experimental results show that the method can achieve high accuracy and recall with good feasibility and practicability.
