    Atomic layer deposition process of SnO2 and TiO2 films on perovskite materials

    The diffusion reaction between the metal electrode and the halogen is an important factor of perovskite solar cell(PSC)degradation. Using atomic layer deposition(ALD)technology to deposit a dense buffer layer with good electrical performance between metal electrode and perovskite active layer is one of the preferred solutions to solve the above problems. This work studies the process compatibility of SnO2 and TiO2 films deposited on organohalide perovskite materials using ALD technology. The inverted PSCs are fabricated by using the optimized SnO2 and TiO2 film ALD process, and the J-V curves and stability tests in atmospheric environment for the PSCs show that the introduction of SnO2 and TiO2 buffer layers deposited by ALD technology significantly improves the stability of PSCs, and their power conversion efficiency has also been improved.

    In order to explore the effect of ultrasonic on mouse behavior and the mechanism of action of ultrasonic mouse repellent, a simple method for evaluating the effect of ultrasonic mouse repellent was established, which employed a commercially ultrasonic rodent repeller to investigate its effect on repelling mice in an open field.The spontaneous activity,elevated plus maze, and the sucrose water preference experiment were used to count the behavioral changes of mice under the stress of ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic mouse repellent. Results showed that the rodent repellent could drive away the mice during 10 d experiments. Continuous 10 d treatment with the ultrasonic repellent can cause the mice to decline in their ability to move and explore, induce anxiety and depression, and the above-mentioned changes caused by the ultrasonic generator treatment are more significant. This study can provide data support for the mechanism of ultrasonic repellent. It can also provide technical reference for the effect evaluation and research and development of related mouse repellents.

    Synthetic aperture radar(SAR)is a kind of active earth-observation system, which can produce high-resolution image all day and it has been widely used in agriculture and military. However, SAR image is affected by speckle due to the coherent imaging mechanism. In this paper, we propose a SAR image denoising algorithm based on generative adversarial network.We constructed the generated network by the structure of deep convolutional neural network(DCNN)with residual structure. The new generated network can accelerate the training process and improve the denoising performance. We also define a loss function by combining PSNR and SSIM, which makes the denoising result of SAR noisy image more in line with the visual perception requirements of human eyes. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can suppress speckle in SAR images and get good denoising result.

    There are two major issues in the existing deep learning-based algorithms for colorectal polyp detection which are leading to the failure of real-time detection: one is the complicate calculation and the other is poor detection precision. In this paper, we proposed a real-time method for colorectal adenoma detection based on a single-stage target detection network YOLOv5s, in which the channel attention mechanism was added to the backbone and the loss function of BCEWithLogitsLoss was adopted instead of the original one of BCELogits.     La0.67Sr0.33MnO3(LSMO)/PbZr0.4Ti0.6O3(PZT)/LSMO heterostructure was prepared on SrTiO3(STO)substrate, in which LSMO films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition and PZT film was prepared by Sol-Gel method. The LSMO/PZT/LSMO heterostructure was characterized in terms of its structural and physical properties. X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis established that both LSMO and PZT were grown epitaxially on STO substrate. The LSMO/PZT/LSMO capacitor possessed very good ferroelectric hysteresis property and its remnent polarization and coercive voltage of the LSMO/PZT/LSMO capacitor, measured at 5 V, were 26.9 μC/cm2 and 2.5 V, respectively. The LSMO/PZT/LSMO capacitor exhibited very good fatigue resistant property.     A numerical method and its fast implementation for multi-term fractional nonlinear wave equations

    A linearized numerical method for multi-term time fractional nonlinear wave equations with a spatial fourth-order derivative is derived. To avoid solving the nonlinear system of equations, a linearized technique is applied to discretize the nonlinear term. Then, the convergence of this presented method is rigorously proved with the first-order accuracy in time and the fourth-order accuracy in space. It is worth mentioning that the presented method can handle the initial singularity, and can be fast calculated by the sum-of-exponentials technique. Finally, numerical experiments are given to verify the effectiveness of this method and the correctness of the theoretical results.

The Tethys Sea has experienced dramatic changes from expansion, split, narrowing to extinction in its 200 million-year evolutionary history. This paper reviews the diversity studies of different animals in the Tethyan region, and systematically summarizes the impacts of the evolution and changes of the Tethys Sea on the global diversity patterns of animals. The Tethyan evolution has directly affected the current distribution and composition of global animal diversity by changing the physical connection between habitats, which determined the dispersal and isolation of animals. The Tethyan sea-land changes have indirectly affected the origin, dispersal, diversification, maintaining and extinction of animals in the Tethyan region by changing regional topographies and ecological environments, such as the formation of the Alpine-Himalayan orogenic belt, the emergence of freshwater habitats, the aridification of Central Asia, the occurrence of Messinian salinity crisis, and the emergence of the new cave and lake habitats. This paper emphasizes that the evolution and changes of the Tethys Sea is an essential driving force for the evolution of global animals and reveals the potential links between the formation of the current diversity patterns of animals and the series of tectonic activities in the Tethyan region.

Affinity ultrafiltration is a technology that combines affinity capture and ultrafiltration separation for high-throughput screening of bioactive compounds based on the above principles, which is often coupled with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, overcoming lots of problems in discovering bioactive natural products. This paper reviewed in detail the characteristics and application status of affinity ultrafiltration technology, influencing factors, and the combination with other analytical technologies, in order to provide scientific ideas and basis for the construction of rapid screening strategies for natural active substances.

    A new threshold segmentation method for cotton root images

    In order to detect the cotton root in situ, an automatic global threshold segmentation method was proposed for cotton root image segmentation. Digital device imaging method was used to collect the cotton in-situ root system images, and the automatic global threshold method was used to segment the images. Firstly, the acquired root images are spatially transformed, and the acquired root images are segmented in HSV space. Then, the global threshold segmentation method is used to select the threshold value to binarize the image, and the closed operation method is used to denoise the binary image. Finally, all the noises in the image were filtered through the shape feature screening, and the slender root features in the image are selected. This algorithm can effectively suppress the influence of noise and soil impurities, and can accurately segment the root system. It is an effective method for fast detection of crop root images.

    Cadmium selenide(CdSe)quantum dots have the advantages of high fluorescence quantum yield, good stability and easy spectrum adjustment. They have broad application prospects in the fields of light-emitting diodes, solar cells and fluorescent labeling etc. It is of great significance to study the effects of different process conditions on their properties. Using mercaptopropionic acid(3-MPA)as coating agent, a series of CdSe quantum dots have been prepared by aqueous reflux reaction at 100 ℃ for 120 min. The changes of morphology, band gap and optical properties of the samples with different elemental ratio of Cd to Se are discussed. The size of CdSe quantum dots is about 2.19 nm to 2.57 nm. The strongest excitation peak locates at 431 nm, the emission peak is at 561 nm, and the absorption spectrum blueshifts from 460 nm to 450 nm, indicating that the elemental ratio of Cd to Se has great influence on the properties of CdSe quantum dots.

    The composite material g-C3N4/Bi4O5I2 was synthesized and characterized. The influencing factors of photocatalytic degradation of dibutyl phthalate(DBP)in water under visible light irradiation using the as-synthesized catalyst were studied, including catalyst dosage, initial solution concentration, pH and common anion Cl-, NO-3 and SO2-4 in water. Through the analysis of degradation products, the possible degradation mechanism was proposed. The results showed that the optimum dosage of g-C3N4/Bi4O5I2 was 0.6 g/L. The higher the initial concentration in the study range, the lower the degradation rate. When the solution was neutral, the photocatalytic degradation effect of DBP in water was the best. Cl-, NO-3 and SO2-4 all inhibited the photocatalytic degradation to a certain extent. Through the analysis of the degradation products after the reaction, it is speculated that the side chain of DBP breaks first under the attack of active substances, and then continues to degrade into small molecular substances.     In order to improve the estimation efficiency of mean life for random truncated data, a nonparametric estimator based on ranked set sampling is proposed by adopting the idea of average rank. Its asymptotic normality is proved, and its asymptotic variance is identified. According to compare the new estimator with the corresponding estimator under simple random sampling, ranked set sampling is shown to be more efficient than simple random sampling. Finally, the application results of practical data verify the correctness of the theoretical results.

    Wheel-rail complex excitation has a significant effect on the dynamic behavior of faulty axlebox bearing during the train operation. Firstly, this paper uses the Universal Mechanism(UM)software to establish a vehicle-track dynamic model, and obtains the vertical, longitudinal and lateral loads of axlebox bearing under wheel-rail complex excitation based on the verification of vehicle models for stability, smoothness and safety. Secondly, the dynamic model of axlebox bearing with inner race spalling is established via Solidworks and ADAMAS softwares, and the accuracy of the proposed model is verified by comparison with the axlebox bearing experiments on the roll-vibration test bench. Finally, further comparison of the simulation results under the consideration of wheel-rail excitation and the constant load condition reveals that the contact load between the bearing components is significantly increased by the wheel-rail excitation,and the trajectories of the mass center for the bearing cage and outer ring fluctuate more drastically. The research results are of great significance in revealing the vibration characteristics law of the bearing internal components of faulty axlebox bearing under actual operating conditions.

    The SF6 gas has been used as insulation and has been applied in some power equipments.The precise determination of SO2 concentration in SF6 is helpful to predict the purity of SF6.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrometer was used to measure the absorption spectra of SO2 of different concentrations in SF6 standard samples, and the relationship between SO2 concentration and characteristic peak absorption was constructed to obtain the standard working curve.In order to improve the accuracy of the experiment, a multi-refletion gas cell was selected.The results show that the experimental device and method can be applied to the monitoring of SF6 in power switching equipment in real life.

    The distribution and community structure changes of macrobenthic invertebrates in Baiyangdian Lake, two upstream reservoirs and four upstream rivers were investigated in different seasons in May, August and October in 2019. The dominant species were all pollution-resistant species in Baiyangdian Basin. The biomass mainly showed that the south was higher than the north in Baiyangdian Lake. The biodiversity of macrobenthic invertebrates showed that the central region was higher than the coastal region in Baiyangdian Lake. The changes of biomass and abundance in the two reservoirs were similar, which were higher in spring and autumn than in summer. Fuhe River, Xiaoyihe River and Jumahe River showed the lowest biomass in spring, while Shahe River had the highest biomass in spring. The biodiversity analysis of the four rivers showed that the biodiversity in spring was higher than that in other seasons.     Determination of trace bromophenols in water by precolumn derivatization-SPE-GC/MS

    In this work, bromophenols(BPs)in water samples were enriched by solid phase extraction, with acetic anhydride as derivative reagent and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer as detection instrument and an analysis method suitable for trace BPs in water was established. The method was evaluated by the standard recovery experiment of municipal water sample. After derivatization, BPs showed good chromatographic response signal. The detection limits were 0.8—17.7 ng/mL. The addition recoveries of blank water and municipal water ranged from 93.2% to 114.5%, 68.3% to 110.1%, and only the addition recoveries of 2,4,6-tribromophenol(2,4,6-TBP)was low, ranged from 68.3% to 73.0%. The relative standard deviations were less than 20%. This method was proved to have good sensitivity, recovery and repeatability, and can be applied for the determination of BPs in actual water samples.

    The denoising technology based on deep learning improves the image quality by considering visual artifacts and overall smoothing noise. However, they rarely involve the restoration of edge details. In this paper, a deep denoising network model based on dual-domain mapping and residual learning is proposed. The network learning information is extended by the fusion of wavelet domain information and spatial domain information. By introducing multi-scale learning and dilated convolution into the activation unit, the image features are extracted and the network parameters are reduced. In order to further improve the denoising results, the joint loss function of wavelet domain loss and spatial domain loss are combined to guide the network to obtain more edges and details. Experimental results show that the proposed method can not only effectively remove image noise, but also better restore image texture details, and obtain better results in both subjective and objective evaluation.

    Osteomyelitis is an infectious inflammation of deep tissues caused by bacterial infection. Persistent infection will lead to dissolution and necrosis of bone tissues. At present, it is difficult to cure osteomyelitis completely by surgical treatment and antibiotic treatment, and long-term use of antibiotics will make bacteria resistant, which makes it more difficult to treat osteomyelitis. Photodynamic antibacterial chemotherapy(PACT)is a new method of anti-infection treatment. Infection caused by drug-resistant bacteria has a good curative effect. This paper introduces the causes of refractory osteomyelitis, the advantages of PACT in the treatment of osteomyelitis and the recent experimental research progress. With the in-depth study of PACT for osteomyelitis, PACT is expected to become a new method to completely cure osteomyelitis.

    Recovery of potato strach during separation and characterization process using field-flow fractionation

    Potato starch was separated and characterized by field-flow fractionation. The interactions between the sample and the surface of ultrafiltration membrane in AF4 were investigated. The effects of ionic strength of carrier liquid, injection mass, cross-flow rate, and focusing time on the sample recovery were evaluated. The repeatability of the results was examined. The highest recovery of potato starch(97.30±0.02)% was obtained with a carrier liquid containing 5 mmol/L NaNO3 and 3 mmol/L NaN3, pH 7.00; injection mass, 15 μg; cross-flow rate, 1.0 mL/min; focusing time, 2.5 min. The method developed in this study showed good repeatability in terms of radius of gyration and molar mass with their relative standard deviations of 1.18% and 5.67%, respectively.

    Seaweed is an important marine life and an important source of food for people. Extensive previous studies have confirmed that seaweed contains a lot of protein. However, due to the low content of polypeptides, polypeptides are difficult to be extracted and purified by the traditional methods. At present, enzymatic hydrolysis and chemical extraction are more commonly used for extraction, and chromatography and membrane separation are used for purification. A higher purity polypeptides could be obtained from seaweed, and its structure was identified using MS-related technique. Seaweed polypeptides have a strong effect against tumor, and the mechanisms are manifested in many aspects. In this paper, the latest extraction, purification and identification methods of seaweed polypeptides, as well as the latest research progress of their anti-tumor activity were reviewed, so as to provide reference for their further development and utilization.

Tetracosaenoic acid, elaidic acid, threonine, serine acid, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, histidine acid and proline, show significant differences. Aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, lacid,phenylalanine, tyrosine, l-arginine, and total amino acids show difference. Principal component analysis was performed on the combinations of nutrient compositions at different significance levels, and obvious clustering tendencies for donkey meat and other meats samples were found. Donkey meat samples can be correctly identified by the first two principal component scores extracted from the nutrient compositions of the highly significant differences(mostly flavor components). The results indicate that the classification of donkey meat and other meats based on the nutrient compositions combination is feasible, flavor component is a crucial classificant factor.

    A deep siamese network algorithm with template updating for object tracking

    To solve the problem of inaccurate target location caused by scale variation, occlusion and motion blur during the tracking process, a deep Siamese network target tracking algorithm with high confidence template updating mechanism is proposed based on the SiamFC(fully convolutional siamese network). First, the main network uses ResNet-50 residual network for feature extraction and multi-layer feature maps for target prediction; second, a high confidence template updateing module is constructed to avoid the template drift caused by frequent updating. Experimental results indicate that the success rate and tracking accuracy of the proposed algorithm are increased by about 3.4% and 2.6% respectively compared to the benchmark algorithm when running on the dataset of OTB100. The experiments under various challenging factors show that the proposed algorithm has good robustness, which can resist the effects of various complex factors effectively such as target occlusion, scale variation and motion blur.

    In order to explore the removal effect of biomass charcoal on heavy metal ions, a preparation conditions of the optimal biomass carbon were obtained by response surface optimization method well using peanut shell as raw material and ZnCl2 as modifier. In addition, the effects of different single factors on the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)in water by peanut shell biomass carbon were studied. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of peanut shell biochar were as follows: ZnCl2 modifier concentration as 4 mol/L, carbon burning temperature as 500 ℃, carbon burning time as 3 h. The single factor experiment showed that the optimum reaction condition was pH=2 and dosage=50 mg. At this time, the adsorption rate can reach to 93.72%, and the higher the temperature resulted the more conducive to adsorption. The isothermal adsorption experiment conforms to the Langmuir model, which showed that the adsorption process was dominated by monolayer adsorption, which belongs to endothermic reaction. The kinetics accorded with the quasi second order equation, indicating that the adsorption process was mainly chemisorption.

    The constructed wetland technology integrates the synergistic removal mechanism of pollutants in water by substrates, microorganisms and plants. It is widely used to improve the tail water quality of sewage plants as a green and low consumption ecological restoration technology. Some cases of tail water recycling for urban sewage plants are summarized based on constructed wetland technology through analyzing the operation modes and advantages and disadvantages of different constructed wetland processes. The design of composite constructed wetland process based on different water quality characteristics was proposed as a reference for the sewage recycling.

By measuring the growth characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of Q. sessilis, the differences in growth characteristics and photosynthetic performance of Q. sessilis leaves at the seedling stage after spraying different concentrations of IAA were compared and analyzed using least significant difference(LSD)and Waller-Duncan comparisons. The results showed that the daily changes of Gs、Tr and Ci in photosynthetic characteristics of Q. sessilis were increased by IAA spraying, which in turn increased the photosynthetic rate(Pn )of the plants, and the afternoon peak of Pn in Q. sessilis at the seedling stage was advanced under the low mass concentration of IAA treatment, and the photosynthetic “lunch break” phenomenon disappeared after the high mass concentration treatment. Which had a certain effect on delaying the decrease of. Pn was maximum at the IAA treatment with a mass concentration of 60 mg/L. The IAA treatment was mainly stomatal-limited in the early stages and non-stomatal-limited in the later stages. It was concluded that the application of IAA increased the Pn of Q. sessilis seedlings and delayed the decrease of Pn. In addition, IAA at a mass concentration of 100~120 mg/L was the most effective in breaking the Q. sessilis topping phenomenon at the seedling stage.

    Aiming at the deficiency that the prior channel correlation matrix information is required when the linear minimum mean square error(LMMSE)algorithm is directly applied to the universal filtered multi-carrier(UFMC)system, an improved algorithm based on LMMSE is proposed in this thesis. The algorithm smooths the channel frequency response obtained by the least square(LS)algorithm in the frequency domain, determines the ideal channel sampling length by optimizing the truncation of sampling points in the time domain, the optimal channel correlation matrix is obtained by iterative estimation method to avoid prior channel correlation matrix information. The MATLAB simulation verifies that the improved algorithm can effectively suppress the interference of noise. Compared with the traditional LMMSE algorithm, the bit error performance can be improved by about 2 dB, which can effectively improve the accuracy of channel estimation.

    To develop curcumin loaded microspheres suitable for transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)and to explore its therapeutic effect on liver cancer, microspheres were prepared with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as a carrier material by emulsification cross-linking method. The morphology and particle size distribution of the drug-loaded microspheres were evaluated. The inhibitory effects of microspheres on cancer cells were observed. We used VX2 liver cancer rabbit models to discuss the effectiveness of curcumin-loaded microspheres for hepatic artery embolization. Scanning electron microscope and particle size analysis showed that the microspheres had good sphericity. Safety testing determined that the safety index of microspheres was higher. The pharmacodynamic study showed that curcumin embolic microspheres could effectively play the role of arterial embolization after embolization administration and improve the therapeutic effect of liver cancer.     In order to solve the problem of parameter estimation for time censored exponential life data, the maximum likelihood estimation using ranked set sampling method is studied. For the problem that likelihood equation’s root under ranked set sampling is not found, some terms of likelihood equation are replaced with their expectations, and the modified maximum likelihood estimation is given. The comparison results of estimation efficiencies show that the proposed estimator using ranked set sampling method is better than maximum likelihood estimator using simple random sampling method.

    Fresnel diffraction can be regarded as a linear space-invariant system, so the Fresnel diffraction integral can be calculated numerically in the spectral domain using the angular spectrum. First, the implementation of the angular spectrum algorithm is explained in detail, including the ideal sampling conditions, the origins and influence range of the wraparound error, and the selection of the calculation window size. Then the Fresnel diffraction field of a Gaussian beam illuminated cosine grating is numerically calculated using the angular spectrum algorithm. A comparison between the numerical solution and the analytical solution shows that the angular spectrum algorithm can achieve very high accuracy when the ideal sampling conditions are met and the calculation window size is correctly selected. Finally, a single-lens coherent imaging is numerically simulated to further demonstrate the implementation of the angular spectrum algorithm.

    Testing platform for photo-biological safety was built in our laboratory in order to evaluate the potential photo-biological safety risk of indoor LED light sources. Several kinds of indoor LED light sources which were extensively used were tested by this system, mainly including the testing of irradiance and radiance. Furthermore, the work analyzed the experimental results according to the requirement of the standard GB /T 20145—2006: photo-biological safety of lamps and lamp system. At last, the hazard class of the light sources was evaluated and determined. The results have a certain reference significance for the research of testing system and testing method for photo-biological safety of the LED products.

    In order to explore the effect of endoplasmic reticulum stress on white adipose tissue in mice, endoplasmic reticulum stress was induced in mice by intraperitoneal injection of tunicamycin.This constructed an endoplasmic reticulum stress mouse model. Then, white fat from the epididymis of mice was obtained. RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the mRNA level and protein expression of endoplasmic reticulum stress-related factors in white adipose tissue. The changes of white adipose tissue cells were observed by fluorescence microscope, the content of triglycerides, free fatty acids and the secretion of adipocytokines and inflammatory factors were measured.
