    Vibration characteristics analysis of the inner race fault of axlebox bearing under wheel-rail excitation

    Wheel-rail complex excitation has a significant effect on the dynamic behavior of faulty axlebox bearing during the train operation. Firstly, this paper uses the Universal Mechanism(UM)software to establish a vehicle-track dynamic model, and obtains the vertical, longitudinal and lateral loads of axlebox bearing under wheel-rail complex excitation based on the verification of vehicle models for stability, smoothness and safety. Secondly, the dynamic model of axlebox bearing with inner race spalling is established via Solidworks and ADAMAS softwares, and the accuracy of the proposed model is verified by comparison with the axlebox bearing experiments on the roll-vibration test bench. Finally, further comparison of the simulation results under the consideration of wheel-rail excitation and the constant load condition reveals that the contact load between the bearing components is significantly increased by the wheel-rail excitation,and the trajectories of the mass center for the bearing cage and outer ring fluctuate more drastically. The research results are of great significance in revealing the vibration characteristics law of the bearing internal components of faulty axlebox bearing under actual operating conditions.

    Seaweed is an important marine life and an important source of food for people. Extensive previous studies have confirmed that seaweed contains a lot of protein. However, due to the low content of polypeptides, polypeptides are difficult to be extracted and purified by the traditional methods. At present, enzymatic hydrolysis and chemical extraction are more commonly used for extraction, and chromatography and membrane separation are used for purification. A higher purity polypeptides could be obtained from seaweed, and its structure was identified using MS-related technique. Seaweed polypeptides have a strong effect against tumor, and the mechanisms are manifested in many aspects. In this paper, the latest extraction, purification and identification methods of seaweed polypeptides, as well as the latest research progress of their anti-tumor activity were reviewed, so as to provide reference for their further development and utilization.

Secondly, multi-scale sampling and preliminary object detection are performed for each frame, and then Non Maximum Suppression(NMS)is performed to remove the individuals with low confidence based on the candidate results obtained at different scales. Then, the candidate results are fused, and the overlap is calculated using intersection over union(IoU)to update the data and remove overlapping or too close localization locations. Finally, the detection results of the current frame and those of the previous time interval are used as a time series for statistal data migration to obtain the final detection results. The experimental results show that this method not only effectively improves the accuracy of classroom personnel target detection, but also enables real-time detection.

    The exist of residents electric larceny not only damages the economic benefits of power supply enterprises, but also affects the security of electric grid. With the rapid development of China’s digital economy and the improvement of electric acquisition system, electric larceny detected methods which are based on big data are updating constantly. The paper puts forward a new method which combines Pearson correlation coefficient, SMOTE algorithm and SVM. Firstly, the paper uses Pearson correlation coefficient to collect abnormal users’ effective power stealing data which are recorded, then SMOTE algorithm is used to enrich effective power stealing database. At last the paper builds a detection mathematical model based on the data base by SVM. By comparing the results of detection mathematical model and the reality situation of users, the validity and feasibility of the method is proved. The new method not only gives a new thought for electricity anti-stealing in power enterprises, but also improves the efficient of working team.

    Chaos and pattern transformation of a spatiotemporal discrete predator-prey system

    The complex spatiotemporal dynamics of a kind of spatiotemporal discrete Leslie-Gower type predator-prey system is discussed. The bifurcation theorem is used to analyze the conditions under which the system undergoes flip bifurcation, Neimark-Sacker bifurcation and Turing bifurcation near the immobility point. The bifurcation process of the system is demonstrated by the bifurcation diagram and the maximum Lyapunov exponent, the pattern transition on the route chaos triggered by the bifurcation is revealed by the changes of spatial amplitude and space-time development. The results show that the pattern indicate a similar period doubling cascade process on the route chaos caused by flip bifurcation, and the system goes through a change from frozen chaos to defect turbulence. The pattern is mainly shaped like annular and spiral waves on the route chaos caused by the Neimark-Sacker bifurcation, and the pattern formed by Turing instability on the periodic and quasi-periodic attractors displays the ordered spatial and temporal banded structure.     Fault detection method of bearings based on HHO-CNN

The powerful feature extraction and learning ability of convolutional neural network(CNN)provides the possibility for the pattern recognition of the idler bearing. Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and slow rate of convergence caused by the super parameter problem in using CNN to process multi classification pattern recognition, a CNN classification model optimized based on HHO algorithm was proposed.     In this paper, using the specific structure M self-conjugate matrix in the form of quarto-block matrix, we discuss a class of M self-conjugate mixed structure solutions of generalized Sylvester equation AX-YB=C on the quaternion field, where X is a unitary similar block diagonal M self-conjugate matrix, Y is a self-conjugate matrix. According to the characteristics of the proposed structure matrix, the original structural equation is transformed into an equivalent system of unconstrained set of equations, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for the solution of the equations and the general solution expression are obtained by using the Moore-Penrose generalized inverse of the matrix. Thus, the M self-conjugate mixed structure solution of the original equation is obtained. In particular, the necessary and sufficient conditions for matrix equation AX=C to have unitary similar block diagonal M self-conjugate solutions and the general solution expression are derived. When M=0, the constrained mixed structure solution set of generalized Sylvester equation satisfying ‖Y~‖=min‖Y‖ is obtained by using the CCD-Q decomposition of quaternion matrix pairs.     Ferroelectric Na0.5Y0.5TiO3(NYTO)film is used as the insulating layer of MFIS(Metal-Ferroelectric-Insulate-Semiconductor)capacitors by its high dielectric properties. The Pt/ Pb(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3/ NYTO/ Si structure capacitors were prepared, and their XRD, SEM, C-V, and I-V characterristics were tested and analyzed. The dependence of C-V storage window on application voltage and insulation layer thickness were studied separately. The results show that the device has a large memory window when the thickness of the insulation layer is 40 nm. The memory window can reach 13 V with 32 V applied voltage. The MFIS capacitor has low leakage current density of 1.08×10-6 A/cm2. The conduction mechanism of leakage current conforms to space charge limited current conduction mechanism.

    Mg14Ge5O24:Cr near-infrared(NIR)phosphors were synthesized by the high-temperature solid-phase method to achieve the coexistence of Cr3+ and Cr4+ valence luminescence. The crystalline phases of the samples were analyzed using XRD and GASA refinement software. The material has two luminescence centers, one from Cr3+ occupying the octahedral Ge4+ position with an emission band in the NIR I region and a half-peak width up to 256 nm, and the other from Cr4+ occupying the tetrahedral Ge4+ position with an emission band in the NIR II region and a half-peak width up to 266 nm. The luminescence properties of the material were analyzed by low-temperature spectra and lifetime decay curves. The modulation of Cr3+ and Cr4+ luminescence can be achieved by using Ga3+ instead of Ge4+. The addition of large radius Ga3+ ions generates new lattice sites, which affects the overall crystal field intensity, and a phosphor with more intense luminescence in the NIR I region is obtained.

    In order to study the effects of ALDH2 gene knockout on the development of male mice, the effects of ALDH2 gene knockout on male mice were studied by analyzing the organ mass fraction of liver, kidney and testis, histomorphology, tissue antioxidant capacity and total litter size of mice at different weeks of age. The results showed that the cords of hepatocytes of Knockout type(KO)mice at 7 and 10 weeks of age were disordered. At 10 weeks of age, the number of multinucleated hepatocytes, and the black deposits in hepatocytes increased significantly. The kidneys of KO mice at 7 and 10 weeks of age showed obvious interstitial edema. In 7 and 10 weeks of aged mice, the sequence of late spermatogenic cells and spermatogenic cells in testicular seminiferous tubules were disordered. The total antioxidant capacity of liver and kidney in 10 weeks of age KO mice and the total antioxidant capacity of testis in 3 and 5 weeks of age KO mice were significantly lower than that of wild-type(WT)mice.     Aiming to understand the complex motion process of large dielectric particle in the DC discharge dusty plasma experiments, the electrical properties and charge of dielectric particle deep into the plasma sheath are studied by the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Results show that the electricity and the charge of large particle deep into the plasma sheath are completely different from that of the small particle suspended near the sheath boundary which were widely studied previously. When the distance between the particle and the electrode is less than 8.2 mm, the particle is positively charged. By modifying the calculation of ion charging current, the charge of particle with the radius of 250 μm is calculated to be about 5.2×106 e under the applied voltage of -280 V. This verifies previous experimental measurement results.

    Considering that the non-destructive testing(NDT)image is easy to be disturbed by noise and the target occupies a small area of the image, a robust and adaptive suppressed fuzzy C-means algorithm based on the image patch(SFCMP)is proposed to segment NDT image. Firstly, the weight of the pixels in the image patch is adaptively determined, which is affected by the spatial distance and gray value of each pixel in the image patch. Then the fuzzy uncertainty model of image patch is constructed, and it is introduced into the new objective function with image patch as the basic unit, and the implementation process of the SFCMP is given. Finally, experiments are carried out on the NDT images, and the results show that the SFCMP has good robustness and effectiveness.

Besides, the linear-field brush-shaped plasma plume is used to modify surface of a polymer(polyethylene terephthalate(PET)). By studying the water contact angle(WCA), Raman spectrum, X-ray photoelectron spectrum(XPS)and atomic force microscopy(AFM)image of PET surface, it is found that the brush-shaped plasma plume can achieve large-scale uniform modification. After plasma modification, the amount of oxygen-containing groups on the surface of PET significantly increases, and the roughness of PET surface also increases. Hence, the hydrophilicity of plasma treated PET surface has been improved. This hydrophilic modification is universal to different polymers. These results are of great significance for the development of large-scale plasma jet and the application of plasma modification.

    Two component binary phase diagram analysis method was used to screen the eutectic system of the insoluble drug dipyridamole, and DSC, PXRD and FTIR techniques were used to characterize it. Subsequently, the solubility and dissolution of dipyridamole in the eutectic system were studied, and the solubilization mechanism of the eutectic system was studied by fluorescence quenching and phase solubility methods. The results showed that dipyridamole and nicotinamide formed a “V” type binary phase diagram with a single melting point, which proved that they formed a eutectic system. The solubility and dissolution rate of dipyridamole were improved by this system. Fluorescence spectra showed that there was a complexation effect between dipyridamole and nicotinamide. The phase solubility results further showed that a soluble complex was formed between the two, and the molar ratio of 1∶1. The complexation constants at 25 ℃ and 37 ℃ were 150.22 L/mol and 85.14 L/mol, respectively. The complexation reaction was endothermic, and the temperature rise was not conducive to the complexation of dipyridamole and nicotinamide.

When C. elegans was radiated to the L4 stage, the number of eggs was counted regularly every day. At the time points on the 7th and 10th day of radiation, the motor ability(the number of head swings, body bends, pharyngeal pump vibrations)and survival time of C. elegans in each group were measured, respectively. The results showed that after the 7th day of radiation, the number of head swings, body bends and pharyngeal pump vibrations of the N2 strain showed a decreasing trend compared to the control group, but there was no statistical difference. After the 10th day of radiation, the number of head swings of the N2 strain was significantly reduced compared to the control(P<0.05), while the number of body bends and pharyngeal vibrations tended to decrease, but they were not statistically different. Long-term radiation significantly reduced the number of head swings and body bends in the sod-3 mutant strain compared to the control group(P<0.05), while the number of pharyngeal vibrations was not statistically different. No significant effect on egg production and lifespan of the N2 and sod-3 mutant strains compared to the control group after radiation was observed. In conclusion, under the condition 9.375 GHz and radiation dose of 4 W/kg, long-term continuous radiation can significantly reduce the motor ability of C. elegans, but it has no significant effect on the reproduction and lifespan of C. elegans. This experiment provides a reference for further study of the mechanism of the X-band radiation damage to the organism.

In order to control the decay and release of aquatic plants in Baiyangdian Lake, we should harvest P. crispus in mid-May and P. pectinatus and N. nucifera in mid-late September according to the growth cycle and decay and release rules of aquatic plants, and expand the resource utilization pathway of aquatic plants.

    In order to study the periodic change law of adsorbance behavior of pollutants in water on adsorbent surface, explore the dynamic change mechanism of adsorption and desorption, and improve the adsorption efficiency, the online adsorption experiment was carried out by using the home-made online spectrophotometer, combined with the online measurement results of pH and electrical conductivity of adsorption system. The kinetic and thermodynamic properties of the adsorption of methyl orange on natural hydrotalcite were explained. The differential regulation on MrPigF and MrPigH, the key enzyme genes of the pigments biosynthesis branch node, might playe a critical role in improving the yields of MS and AF at 35 ℃. These results would be helpful for the promotion of MS and AF during liquid state fermentation.

    Object detection based on deep learning has been widely studied in many fields such as transportation and military, and has achieved remarkable results. In order to further study its usability in medical image diagnosis, two classical models of object detection algorithms, SSD and Faster RCNN, are proposed to appliy to the lesion detection of lung cancer pathological images. The experimental comparison shows that the average processing time of Faster RCNN is about 4.6 times longer than that of SSD, but the recognition accuracy and precision are higher than that of SSD, and the model performance of Faster RCNN is much better. The research results show that the object detection algorithm can realize the intelligent diagnosis of lung cancer pathological images and improve the diagnosis rate of lung cancer.

    In order to find compounds with new structures and significant pharmacological effects, three compounds 1, 2 and 3 were isolated and identified from the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungus Fusarium equiseti from Harmonia axyridis by modern isolation methods. Among them, compounds 1(equisetin)and 2(epi-equisetin)are a pair of epiisomers, and 3(6-methoxy-droperylene)belongs to steroids. In vitro protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B(PTP1B)inhibitory activity test showed that compounds 1 and 2 had certain inhibitory activity on PTP1B, and IC50 values were(8.73 ± 0.03),(12.88 ± 0.16)μg/mL. It provides potential drug lead compounds for the development of new PTP1B inhibitors.

    Effect of nitrite on start-up of anammox EGSB reactor

    Long-term stored anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge at 4 ℃ was inoculated to investigate the effect of influent nitrite on Anammox expanded granular sludge bed(EGSB)reactor start-up at 50.0 mg/L(R1)and 70.0 mg/L(R2). It was found that the retardation time of R1 was 18 days shorter than that of R2, and higher concentrations of nitrite(70.0 mg/L)inhibited the start-up of the Anammox EGSB reactor. R1 and R2 were successfully started at 53 d and 56 d, with total nitrogen(TN)removal rates of 67.9% and 68.8%, respectively. After increasing the nitrogen load, the ammonia removal rates of R1 and R2 increased from 93.1% and 88.0%, respectively, to 99.6% and 99.0%. The hydraulic shock experiment discovered that external circulation could enhance the substrate mixing effect in the reactor and improve the effluent water quality, and R1 and R2 recovered on the 5th and 6th days following destabilization, respectively. High-throughput sequencing revealed that the dominant genus in both reactors was Candidatus_Jettenia with a relative abundance of 54.1% and 45.3%, respectively. Long-term stored Anammox sludge was initiated with a nitrite concentration recommended below 50.0 mg/L.

    A gas loop warm plasma jet generator with air as the working gas as well as cooling media was designed by optimizing the generator electrode and cooling structure in order to better meet the requirements of portable, simple operation, and diverse application backgrounds of plasma jet generator. The impacts of gas flow rate, discharge frequency, and discharge voltage on plasma jet temperature were studied. It was found that the introduction of cooling gas obviously reduces the jet temperature. Under the conditions of 5.5 kV voltage, 22 kHz frequency and 7 L/min flow rate, the introduction of cooling gas reduced the jet temperature by 302 ℃. The jet temperature decreased with the increase of gas flow rate and discharge frequency, but increased with the increase of discharge voltage. The decrease of jet temperature was more dependent on gas flow rate than discharge frequency or voltage.

    To address the problem of inaccurate selection of demodulation frequency band and difficulty in fault diagnosis that may arise when using the unbiased autocorrelation kurtosis index, the square envelope negentropy is introduced into Autogram, and an improved Autogram method using square envelope negentropy index is proposed to select the optimal demodulation frequency band. The square envelope negentropy is less affected by noise and can measure the impact of period signal. Firstly, the bearing vibration signal is decomposed into different frequency bands by maximum overlapping discrete wavelet packet transform. Then the square envelope negentropy of each frequency band is calculated, and the optimal frequency band which has the maximum square envelope negentropy value is selected. Finally, the bearing fault type is diagnosed by analyzing the square envelope spectrum of the optimal demodulation frequency band.     The characteristic degradation profile of Yupingfeng oral liquid polysaccharide(YPF-P)was established in this paper, and the quality control of this preparation was improved based on the profile. YPF-P was obtained by the precipitation of 70% ethanol solution, and the excipient sucrose in the oral liquid was removed in the meantime. The optimized partial degradation conditions of YPF-P were as follows: 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, temperature 80 ℃, time 4 h. The degradation products derived by 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolinone(PMP)were separated by capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE)under the following conditions: uncoated fused silica capillary column(50 cm×50 μm i.d., effective length 41 cm)was used, and the running buffer was 40 mmol/L borax buffer(pH 10.1), detection wavelength was set at 245 nm with operating voltage 10 kV, gravity injection 15 cm×20 s was employed, and the column temperature was room temperature. The reference YPF-P characteristic degradation profile was obtained by synthesizing the above nine profiles using median method, and the cluster analysis of the characteristic degradation profiles of YPF-P from different batches was carried on. The results indicated that the characteristic degradation profiles of YPF-P from different batches and simulated samples were significantly different, which proved that the characteristic degradation profiles of polysaccharide could be used for the analysis of YPF-P, and could also provide reference for the in-depth study of the quality control of polysaccharide in other Chinese herbal medicine compound preparations.

    This work is to explore the best preparation conditions of photoanode film materials in quantum dot sensitized solar cells(QDSSCs). P-type NiO nanoparticles are synthetized by one-step high temperature hydrothermal method, which is then screen printed on conductive glass to form NiO films. NiO films can be used as photocathode for quantum dot sensitized solar cells. Combine with Cu2S counter electrode, solar cells are assembled. NiO photocathode films with different film thicknesses were studied and tested repeatedly. The results show that the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency is achieved when the film thickness of NiO film material is 21 μm.

    Glutamic acid(Glu)was reacted with trivalent iron ions(Fe3+)to prepare glutamate iron chelate [Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)]. Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)was characterized by FT-IR, DSC, and TGA analysis. The Fe3+ content in Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)was determined by an indirect iodometric method and identified as an evaluation index for optimizing the preparation condition of Glu-Fe(Ⅲ). The effects of molar ratio of glutamic acid to iron, pH, time and temperature on the iron content of Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)were investigated by single factor method and Box-Benhnken design(BBD). The optimum preparation condition of Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)was Glu/Fe3+ molar ratio of 3∶5, pH 4.8, 50 ℃ and 3 h, and the iron content of Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)prepared under the optimized conditions was 19.91%. Glu-Fe(Ⅲ)could be a new iron and glutamic acid nutrient supplement.

    In order to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement in the determination of aflatoxin B1 in polygala tenuifolia willd by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),according to the national metrology technical specifications described in JJF1059.1—2012 “Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”, six samples were randomly selected, and the mathematical model was established to analyze uncertainty sources,quantify the uncertainty components, calculate synthetic uncertainty and extend uncertainty in terms of the dilution of standard solution, the weighing of the samples, the final volume of the samples and the repeatability of instrumental measurement.     Profit distribution of water saving management contract in the fixed investment and return model based on Stackelberg game

    Water saving management contract(WSMC)is a kind of water saving investment model by which water costs saved in the future is used to pay for the cost of project renovation and shared with participants. In order to reasonally address the profit distribution problem of WSMC in the fixed investment and return model, this paper takes initial investment amount, contract period and excess water saving income distribution ratio as research objectives, based on Stackebergs master-slave game theory, four profit distribution models under the non-cooperative game between the water users and the water saving service companies are established; and through numerical examples the optimal equilibrium strategies of the four profit distribution models are analyzed. The results show that the water saving service company and the water users respectively achieve the maximum profit value in the case of the Stackelberg equilibrium when they are in the dominant position.     To explore the mechanism of sacubitril valsartan sodium(LCZ696)on myocardial apoptosis with heart failure, a heart failure model of SD rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin. After successful model building, rats were randomly divided into HF group, valsartan group, and LCZ696 low(LCZ-L)group, LCZ696 high group(LCZ-H),and control group. After 8 weeks of treatment, the change of MAP, weight and HR were observed. The serum contents of BNP, CK-MB,CK, AST and ALT were detected. The improvement of cardiac function in each group was evaluated by ultrasound. The study show that LCZ696 inhibited cardiomyocyte apoptosis and improved cardiac function by inhibiting the Bax/caspase-3 signaling pathway.

    An improved KCF mixed with deep feature for pedestrian tracking

    The KCF(kernel correlation filter)algorithm is currently one of the best tracking algorithms, but it has no scale adaptability and cannot solve the occlusion problem. To solve the problems of the KCF algorithm, an improved KCF model, named IKCFMDF(improved KCF mixed with deep feature), is proposed. This model obtains the prediction frame of the target pedestrian by the KCF algorithm, and then compares it with all the pedestrian detection frames obtained through target detection method, and uses the detection frame with the largest intersection-over-union as the new training target, thus achieving the scale adaptation of KCF. By introducing the deep features instead of the HOG features of KCF,the algorithm can avoid the defects that HOG(histogram of oriented gradient)features are insensitive to pose changes and color information of pedestrians. The deep feature is retained when the tracking target is lost, and then the deep feature is compared with the pedestrians in the subsequent videos. If the similarity is greater than the set threshold, it can determine that the target reappears, thereby the occlusion problem of KCF is solved. To solve the problems of the KCF algorithm, an improved KCF model, named IKCFMDF(improved KCF mixed with deep feature), is proposed. This model obtains the prediction frame of the target pedestrian by the KCF algorithm, and then compares it with all the pedestrian detection frames obtained through target detection method, and uses the detection frame with the largest intersection-over-union as the new training target, thus achieving the scale adaptation of KCF. By introducing the deep features instead of the HOG features of KCF,the algorithm can avoid the defects that HOG(histogram of oriented gradient)features are insensitive to pose changes and color information of pedestrians. The deep feature is retained when the tracking target is lost, and then the deep feature is compared with the pedestrians in the subsequent videos. If the similarity is greater than the set threshold, it can determine that the target reappears, thereby the occlusion problem of KCF is solved.     Under the rated power, temperature stress accelerated life test of BPZ 220/5 W JA55 bulb lamp was performed under thermal stress of 40 ℃ and 60 ℃ respectively, and the failure mechanism of the LED bulb samples was analyzed. A method to evaluate luminous-flux-attenuation activation energy value for LED bulb lamps was proposed, and a theoretical model to calculate luminous-flux-attenuation activation energy value was established in this paper. Thereby, the luminous-flux attenuation activation energy value of 0.67 eV was determined based on the above mentioned theory.

    In order to further improve the coverage of wireless sensor networks(WSNs)and reduce the number of mobile deployment iterations, this work improves the virtual force between sensors and the virtual force algorithm of Tyson polygon vertices. In view of the discontinuity of the mathematical model of the existing virtual force algorithm, Hookes Law is used heve as the model, so that the virtual force on the sensor is linearly related to the distance. When the distance between sensors is greater than 2RS, virtual force is applied to the nearest sensor node by using the uncovered vertices of Tyson polygons. At the same time, this algorithm lets the step size of the virtual force determine the movement step size of the sensor. The simulation results show that this algorithm can increase the coverage from 93.5% to 99.7%, and reduce the number of iterations to less than 25%. The algorithm in this paper plays an active role in the coverage research of homogeneous wireless sensor networks.

The tumor inhibition rate and spleen index were calculated and IL-2 and IFN-γ of serum were measured by ELISA. The proliferation of SGC7901 and Hela cells were inhibited by different concentrations of CTOL, and the cytotoxic effect of CTOL on different tumor cells was dose-dependent. The tumor weight of each experimental group was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05), and the tumor inhibition rate of the high-dose of CTOL + CTX group was the highest(70.90%). The spleen index, IL-2 and IFN-γ levels in low-dose and high-dose of CTOL + CTX groups were significantly higher than those in the CTX group(P<0.05). CTOL can inhibit the growth of tumors in vitro and in vivo, promote the secretion of IL-2 and IFN-γ and has protective effect on the damage to spleen caused by CTX in tumor-bearing mice.

Clinical correlation analysis was performed using UALCAN data. Kaplan-Meier Plotter database was used for survival analysis. Pathology section analysis was performed using the THPA database. We used Western blot to Verify in vitro experiments Finally, transcription factor prediction and cell experiments were performed. A total of 5 hub genes regulating ferroptosis and interfering LIHC were screened out. Three core genes, AKR1C3, AKR1C1 and AURKA, were selected through gene differential expression. Further analysis found that AURKA was significantly correlated with LIHC survival analysis, clinical parameters and pathological results. We also verified that AURKA protein expression was up-regulated in M.bealei containing serum group compared with HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma group by Western blot assay(P<0.05). Through the above research, we believe that the M.bealei can intervene in LIHC by acting on AURKA to regulate ferroptosis.

    In the existing movie recommendation methods based on users positive and negative preferences. The users sentiment information was not fully considered, the users positive and negative preferences was not accurate enough, and the recommendation effect was not ideal. In this paper, a method is proposed to improve users positive and negative preferences by using users emotions contained in reviews, and the movie recommendation is realized based on the new preferences. Firstly, the sentiment dictionary in the field of movie was constructed, which is used to realize the mining and quantification of the review data and obtain the sentiment score of user reviews. Secondly, the users preference degree for movies was calculated in order to generate the users positive and negative preference movie sets by considering the users rating and the comment sentiment score comprehensively, then according to the two sets, the users positive and negative preference feature vectors were constructed, and the users positive and negative preferences containing user sentiment were mined. Finally, the similarity, which is between the candidate movie and the users positive and negative preference features, was used to calculate the users final rating for the candidate movie, and the movie recommendation was realized. The 3D PET/MRI image fusion algorithm based on improved structural tensor solves the problems of the lack of reliability of structural tensor decomposition, insufficient detail information of fusion image, and imperfect description of local features, and it is better than other fusion methods of spatial domain and transform domain in terms of subjective evaluation and objective evaluation.

    Detection of 2-(trifluoromethyl)phenothiazine in pork by Ic- ELISA

    In order to quickly analyze the sedative 2-(trifluoromethyl)phenothiazine(TFPTZ)in pork, haptens and complete antigens were synthesized using the azobenzoic acid method and the mixed anhydride method, respectively. Polyclonal antibodies were obtained by immunizing New Zealand white rabbits. Indirect competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(Ic-ELISA)was used to quantitatively analyze TFPTZ in pork. The experimental conditions were as follows: the concentration of the coated antigen was 1.25 μg/mL, and the polyclonal antibody was diluted 16 000 times, Coated at 37 ℃ for 3 h, the blocking solution was 1% BSA of mass fraction, and the TFPTZ diluent is PBS of DMSO with a volume fraction of 10%. The competitive reaction lasted 60 minutes.     A controller synthesis method based on integer linear programming is proposed to solve the forbidden state problem of discrete event systems with both unobservable and uncontrollable events. Firstly, according to the structural characteristics of Petri net, a set of linear constraints for all unobservable transitions and uncontrollable transitions are constructed, and the given constraints were abstracted into integer linear programming problems. Secondly, the allowable linear constraint is obtained by resolving the integer linear programming problem. Finally, the controller is designed based on library invariants and the transformed allowable linear constraints are integrated into Petri net.
